Place was cozy and great location. They have a general store, coffee shop and restaurant right down the road. It’s 20 minutes to Bryce which was perfect.
My husband and I enjoyed staying in this lovely studio. It’s a quick drive from Bryce Canyon and nice to get away from the crowds. Dixie and Kimmy were very responsive and made our stay very pleasant.
This was a perfect retreat for our national parks trip. Thank you!!

Convenient, clean, quiet. Inn keeper Kimme is very nice and helpful. The bed is comfortable but the shower is RV size small and the sofa not very comfortable.
Really great place to stay. Would recommend to anyone visiting Bryce Canyon. The on-site host was so friendly and made us feel at home especially since Tropic, UT can feel like the middle of nowhere. Everything was as described and you’ll love the cozy feel of the loft and spending time enjoy the backyard. Am recommending this spot to friends and family. Definitely hope to visit and stay here again in the future.
Adorable cottage with all the tiny details covered
Gazing at the stars through the front windows...priceless. loved the quaint comfy feel of this property, if I am ever back in utah this will be a must. The owners thought of all the details to make your visit comfortable.
Thanks! We had a great stay! Everything was as described and we loved staying so close to Bryce. We brought a Tesla and there was a destination charger within walking distance which was also convenient.

Quiet and peaceful place to stay while visiting Bryce Canyon. Welcome snacks with oats and coffee/tea bar. The bathroom is extra small but it did not take away from our experience here. Kimmi, the innkeeper, is welcoming and gave us helpful tips and recommendations for hiking and dining nearby. There’s a nice sitting area outside with a firepit. Also enjoyed the pears and apples from the trees on property. Drive to Bryce entrance is no more than 20 minutes. If your thinking of booking here don’t hesitate.
Nice studio which was thoughtfully apportioned with nice little touches to make our stay a great one. Kimmi, the property manager and host, was a wonderful communicator both via messaging and in-person: buoyant and helpful.Pro-tip: can enter Bryce NP via Tropic Trail just 2.9 miles from this site. Note: the bathroom is small. Larger individuals may find it difficult.
The property was just as expected. Cute and cozy. Perfect for a quiet night after a full day of rigorous hiking! The only suggestion would be to have more entertainment options for the evening since there's not much in town. A smart tv to view the guest's own streaming services or more board games, playing cards or a selection of books to read would be wonderful to pass the evening time.
My friend and I stayed there during our hiking trip. We were very satisfied with this studio room. The place can serve 4-5 people easily. It is clean and pretty. As mentioned in other reviews, shower is small and it was not a problem for us.
There is no kitchen but a mini microwave and a small fridge were enough for our needs.
Property manager Angie was very sweet and helpful for anything we needed.
Place is around 15 minutes away from the Bryce Canyon National Park.
Great place, actually bigger than it looks in the pictures. Plenty of room for the two of us and if you had kids the loft would be fine. As others mentioned the bathroom is tiny, but not that big of a deal (you can pretend you are on a cruise as the shower is about that same size, lol). The only suggestion I would have is they should have a few plates, bowls and silverware in the unit.
Very nice studio room. Wouldn't change a thing. Easy to find. Easy going host. Great access to parks. Would highly recommend for families of 4 or 5 who don't need a kitchen.
Shame on me for not realizing there was no TV… I get it that people stream but give me a TV to stream from… I do not like to watch something from my laptop… I did not realize that the bathroom was as tiny as it was… Fortunately we were gone all afternoon but it also has no air condition and I didn’t spy a heater either… there was only enough lighter fluid for one nights campfire and the on-site “manager” had no idea where there were any refills 😮… and the bathroom was created for a couple that was maybe 5’6 - 5’8” inches tall 150 pounds at most ?? My husband is 6‘7“ tall … I will admit it was my mistake … we will return to the Bryce Canyon area but now we have some ideas of where else to stay.
Great place. My wife, 14 year old daughter and i stayed for two nights in the studio. Very clean, accessible, and only about 15 mins from the entry to Bryce. Dixie is a terrific host! Chocolate chip cookies were great! So was the coffee/tea set up. Definitely reccomend. And for dinner, worth the 1/2 hour drive to Pangtuich to eat at the cowboy smoke house! Great bbq and the cobbler desserts are great!
