Loved the location in Salida and staying in a historic hotel. Only thing to note is the trash truck comes earlier morning, so if you want to sleep in it might wake you.

We were in town during Thanksgiving. This condo was perfect for our needs. It was clean and the location could not be beat. We could walk everywhere. And the owners let us check in early. We couldn't have chosen a better place.

Lovely Loft!

Would absolutely recommend this property! It is extremely charming, very conveniently located, comfortable and quiet. Laundry facility on the 3rd floor which was a wonderful amenity. The owner also provides locally made soaps and lotions that are to die for. Very confortable bed and appreciate the blackout shades. We would certainly return and stay longer!!

A fantastic place to stay in an amazing location!

You get to explore all the fun of Salida in this location. There is SO much within walking distance. Staying here will allow you to enjoy fun of the river, outdoor park amphitheater, eateries, shops, and breweries! This loft is so cute! I loved all thoughtful useful things included to use in the kitchen. I loved the decor! Everything was beyond clean and brand new looking! I will be coming back!

Wonderful stay in downtown Salida

We had the best time here. Skied in Breckenridge day one and monarch on day two. Day three was the train ride in leadville. Skiing was great and the train ride was so fun. The loft was perfect. Right in downtown and we could walk to great restaurants in town. All the cute shops are great and everyone is so friendly. Our last night was new years eve and the city had a block party and it was rocking! What a great place to spend with someone you love. Happy new year!

Perfect location and privacy

This unit was just as listed, and was the perfect place for a 4 night get away over July 4th holiday. Located right next to the river with fireworks over S Mountain just outside the window was priceless! So much to see and do in the Historic district and a perfect launching pad for daily adventures. Bike rentals 1 block away. Do not pass on this location. Salida is amazing!

The Palace Hotel is still our favorite Salida get-away

This was our 2nd time in the Palace, the1st since it was converted to condos. We found the check-in process to be easier than ever. We loved the condo, it was beautifully appointed and very comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked too, we had everything we needed. We also really appreciated the extra small touches the hosts added, leaving us coffee, wine, and a little book with helpful info about parking and other details. We will definitely be back

The location of tenderfoot loft couldn’t be beat for us. Right in town with quick access to hiking and biking trails as well as coffee shops, restaurants and shopping was perfect. The loft was well appointed and very comfortable for two. Highly recommend!
