Great house in a great location that is well run, professional and organized. However, the listing description is deceiving as it doesn’t mention it’s a shared space house until the last paragraph of a listing with lots of other information. It’s not clear it’s shared and they bury that information. Also, this is NOT a 3 bedroom! The 3rd bedroom is a literal closet set up with bifold doors and a bunk bed setup inside the entry way for the primary bedroom. If it weren’t for the cleanliness, location and other property aspects we would have rated much lower.
