The Grandview is a boutique, private condominium building of 18 units located in an exclusive enclave overlooking beautiful Grace Bay – rated the best beach in the Caribbean. Guests enjoy the pristine and quiet environment, complete with beautiful gardens, an inground pool, and a hot tub. Direct access is provided to the expansive beachfront, beach umbrellas and lounge chairs, and of course, the sparkling turquoise waters. Grandview is family-friendly and unique – many guests return time and time again. Our completely refurbished, two-bedroom, the two-bathroom oceanfront condominium offers our guests the finest in Caribbean vacationing. It boasts a large, fully equipped kitchen with up-to-date appliances, including a wine fridge and washer/dryer. The expansive, contemporary living/dining area leads to a large, covered terrace, equipped with a dining table and chairs (seating for 6), lounge chairs, and a full-sized BBQ.

Enjoy tropical breezes and mesmerizing views of Grace Bay's turquoise waters. Sip your morning coffee in the relaxing peaceful surroundings; take in the breathtaking evening sunsets. Whether indoors or on the terrace, dining or relaxing…. all offer the same wonderful direct ocean views and sounds. And these same views are available from the master bedroom as well!

Guests can enjoy a new, fully equipped gym, bikes, kayaks, paddle boards, and beach toys. Guest parking is on the property within enclosed secure gating. The building is within walking distance of a number of restaurants and shopping. The listed prices are for occupancy of 5. The second bedroom includes twin beds which can be converted to a king bed. The fifth person can be accommodated with a roll-away cot (suitable for teens and younger as it sits low to the ground). A pack-and-play is also available.

The condo is beautiful and the view from the large balcony is incredible. Well designed and furnished. The complex is wonderful - quiet and right on the beach. The pool and hot tub were never crowded and the beach chairs and umbrellas were always plentiful. We had a wonderful time. The communication with the property manager was excellent - responsive and timely. Everything was as expected. Definitely recommend this property.

Amazing location - just a few steps to the beach. Close to all major restaurants, groceries, etc. clean and easy to check in and check out. Will absolutely be coming back for more fun in the sun.

This is my third stay at Grandview on Grace Bay and the location is wonderful. The property was nice but needs to be updated. Lack of utensils and cooking supplies and mattresses seem kind of old. Definitely needs blackout curtains on the windows in the bedrooms. Communication with the manager and maintenance was excellent. Nice place for a small family or two couples wanting to enjoy Turks & Caicos.

Fantastic location and well equipped condo

Can’t beat an ocean view. Easy to get chairs on the beach. We rented a car and had no problem getting parking. Bathrooms and kitchen updated. A couple super small tweaks needed but nothing that would change me giving a 5 star review.

Grandview condo on Grace Bay, Turks & Caicos

We weren’t met by anyone to orient us to the unit. A/C was set at 81 degrees and we didn’t know how to lower temp. Property Manager wasn’t on duty until Monday. We arrived on Saturday. Unit was beautiful. Went to Urgent Care in Grace Bay and received excellent care. Definitely need to rent a car. Nothing in walking distance as implied by internet. Beautiful location on Grace Bay. Pool was refreshing. Appliances top of the line. GE stacked washer & dryer definitely a plus.

Beautiful location

We thoroughly enjoyed visiting Turks and Caicos for the first time and this lovely property had a ton of amenities. Just a few yards to the beach and a restaurant next door that has happy hour every day. The condo supplied bikes (2 were broken) and kayaks as well as had access to a few other pool and beach items. I do wish the communication was faster with the property manager. Overall a amazing week for us

Great condo with beautiful ocean view

2 bedroom condo with sofa bed. Comfortably sleeps five. Kitchen has all the bells and whistles. Beautiful deck overlooking pool with ocean view. Property manager did excellent job with any questions / and one minor plumbing issue that was no fault of them or owners.

The condo was immaculate!! The view was breathtaking!! The condo was huge and on the beach

We had an amazing time! Claudius snd Maria were fantastic and patiently answered my MANY questions prior to checking in! The condo was exactly as pictured and has a garage full of kayaks. bikes, SUP, floats, and toys. We highly recommend working with them and renting this beautiful condo!!

Lovely condo in paradise

Our family of five just finished a great week in this spacious, well appointed condo with large outdoor terrace. The white sand beach and turquoise and water are stunning and there were always available beach chairs and umbrellas. We loved walking to nearby restaurants for lunch and dinner when we didn’t cook. We will be back!

Beautiful and relaxing

The condo was clean and well decorated and the views and the atmosphere of the overall place was good. We did have a slight problem with the condo being sold to another owner during this process. The reservation and financial information went smooth but we did not have access to our own beach supplies and had to share with another family. In addition, we lost internet for 2 1/2 days and TV for 1 full day not entirely the people's fault but no offer for our lack of convenience to lack of amenities that were included and expected from the location. Again, overall beautiful and relaxing.
