Booked this place for my husband and I’s one year wedding anniversary and it was perfect for our little weekend staycation!! Great place to stay right on the beach! Easy walk to shops/restaurants. Nice updates to the unit.Only downside is the sleeper sofa is in need of replacement-very uncomfortable and hard to pull out and retract.

Quaint, cozy and quiet

We stayed here for part of our honeymoon. The condo was well equipped, very clean and secured. The surrounding area is absolutely gorgeous and it’s not a bad drive over to Savannah. I highly recommend this for anyone wanting a couples getaway.

Communication with the property manager was good, and I felt like I could easily reach out if needed. The location is ideal and very close to the beach, and everything was set up smoothly with clear instructions and access codes. Parking was easy, and the luggage carts in the building were a big help. The unit itself was clean and made good use of a smaller space.That said, the sofa bed was broken during our stay, which was an issue. We had expected the extra sleeping option, and instead my mother (a last minute addition to our trip), my six-year-old, and I (36, F) had to share a queen bed, which significantly impacted our comfort. The property manager let us know prior to check-in. I know things can happen in short term rentals, the broken sofa certainly isn’t their fault or the owners - but when I asked if there was any solution for our stay, I received a dismissive response. While I didn’t push for an alternative, it did affect our experience.Overall, it was a nice stay, and the unit and location were very enjoyable.

I offered to bring you a set of sheets, pillow ect to allow your child to sleep on the couch. You declined. I also told you were we staying across the hall & to let me know if you needed anything! You responded that you were fine and said Thank You! At no point did you tell me you added another adult. I cpuld have tried to move you So, the comment of my dismissing your issue isn't fair Thank you! Lori We are getting the sofa replaced.

Beautiful property right off the beach. Very clean, well stocked, bikes, beach chairs, games, and much more. When I reached out to Lori for help with locking the door ( a complete mistake on my part, as I was putting in the wrong code), I had no problem with getting in contact with her. We had a wonderful stay, and definitely plan to return!

10/10, would stay again!

I grew up vacationing at Seaside Villas. While the property itself is older, you would never be able to tell with the remodeling! We only stayed for a couple of nights so we didn’t do much cooking, but the kitchen was well stocked with utensils and appliances. Having the bikes included in the rental was also amazing because we didn’t have to worry about the hassle of scheduling a drop off and pick up with an outside company. The location is amazing with a short walk to the beach and close to lots of shops and restaurants.
