High-speed (fiber-optic) internet now available! This 2,800 sq ft home has 4 bedrooms (1 king, 2 queens, 2 sets of bunk beds and a sofa sleeper) for a total of 12 guests. The kitchen was recently updated with all new stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. There is a fire pit, ping-pong table, pool table, two tandem kayaks, canoe and waterfront access to Greer's Ferry - bring your water toys! The top tier of the porch is perfect for sunbathing while the bottom screened porch offers a bug-free, shaded experience. The property is secluded--adjacent to 150 acres of undeveloped forest--yet, about 3 miles from Cove Creek Campground which boasts a public boat ramp and sandy beach. In addition to the lake, there's great hiking, fishing and floating in the Little Red River, and the restaurants of Heber Springs a short drive away. The .25 mile drive from the top of the bluff down to the cabin is a very steep, winding, asphalt road; for your safety, we recommend you plan your inaugural trip in the daylight. We're honored to have you as our guest. Please no pets, you might disturb our treasured resident armadillo, Archie.

Notice: There is one security camera on the property. It is located on the exterior of the garage and it's visibility is limited to the driveway.

We love this cabin. Our family (adult kids and grands) has been a few times and each year is better than before. The grands love it. We rented a party barge this year at Eden Isle Marina and the kids tubed. They definitely want to repeat that. The owners are easy to contact and work with. It’s a beautiful cabin on the lake.

Beautiful, large, and private feels-like-a-treehouse type cabin with plenty of kitchenware, spices, towels, soaps, etc. Loved simple lock box and key and two car garage. Did not love road down to (but got used to it). Nice pool table down stairs and ping pong table in garage. Nice beach access, too. Oh yeah....the Wade in Bucket minnow bucket lamp was my personal favorite!

Excellent weekend stay

We had family in the area but needed a bigger house with lake access - this one is perfect and can sleep a dozen if you need - big enough to spread out but small enough to keep intimacy with guests. Excellent place to stay! Thanks!

The house was beautiful, just as pictured. Lots of room for kids to play inside and especially outside, of course. But girls could be in one area and boys in another and never even hear the others. The ki try Chen and bathrooms were well stocked with necessities. Utensils, dishes, pots and mixers etc were a huge convenience! The only thing we found was life jackets weren’t in a huge range of sizes and wouldn’t have been enough for everyone there. Family was close enough to bring extras tho so it worked out. That would be the only thing i would suggest more of or to bring. Other than that, we would stay in this house again and again!The host was very responsive when I had a question and knew exactly where what I asked about was. In email and phone, very easy to get ahold of. Thank you Emily!!

By far one of my favorite bookings- we absolutely adored the property! It was so convenient to go hop on the boat and go for a swim with the kids (we had no issue mooring the boat just a short walk down the hill). Yes, the drive in is definitely steep as noted but doable. Our son loved the puzzles, the boys loved the pool table, and the kitchen was very well equipped for cooking. The lake was gorgeous! Fun New Years getaway!

We always take a trip around the holidays with two other families, there are 14 of us total and this beautiful lake house fit us perfectly! Emily, the owner, and Rhonda the housekeeper went above and beyond to accommodate us and make our stay wonderful. We would definitely like to come back in the summer to enjoy the lake.

Fabulous getaway!

The place had so many extras! It was beautiful with a stocked kitchen plus the kayaks- ping pong table and pool table was extra fun! We were all very comfortable there and loved it. Sitting out on the deck was so peaceful and beautiful plus a small little trek to the lake! This place was definitely amazing!!!!

Great Weekend Retreat

Excellent place to rent. Very spacious, well furnished. Pool table and ping pong and tons of board games. Multi level decks and covered porch area. Would highly recommend this place. 4 bedrooms and sleeping available downstairs.

Family getaway
