Property details:
This is the perfect vacation villa with private pool for you! Located in the gated community of Cumbrian Lakes, this 3-bedrooms and 2-bathrooms villa sleeps up to 7 people.
The living room is perfect for watching a movie with its large TV and plenty of seating. If you get hungry, whip up something to eat in the modern, fully equipped kitchen. There are 2 eating areas: the breakfast bar, the dining table next to it. What do most people rave about here? It’s got to be the games rooms and pool. After a long day at the theme parks, spend the evening relaxing in your private pool. Make sure you arrange to have the pool heated, in advance (for an additional fee) and enjoy the beautiful lake view. Need to do a spot of laundry? Not a problem. This is an available washer and dryer on hand for you to use.
There are 4 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king-size bed, and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has The second & third bedrooms have 2 twin beds and share a Jack & Jill bathroom.

Community details:
The Villa is located in a very peaceful well maintained gated community with beautiful lakes and wildlife, there is also a play area for kids.
Cumbrain lakes is a few minutes' drive to Old Town, one of Kissimmee main attractions and a must see especially the Old Cars that's on show every Saturday night
There are loads of Restaurants and shopping outlets near by

Great holiday

Stayed for the mid two weeks of July property was well kept in a very nice neighbourhood. High class of accommodation giving plenty of space for a family with young adults. Pool and outside area was fantatsic. We would definatly stay again.

Geat for relaxing with plenty of space

We had a great stay. Everything was exactly as described and better. We didn't go to the parks but it was close to the signs for for them. We enjoyed the relaxation of the house and even our teen enjoyed it.

Great villa, good location.

The villa was very nice, we felt the photos do not do it justice. We arrived to a welcome pack which was much appreciated. Cumbrian Lakes is a great location and nice neighbourhood. The villa has a beautiful view of the lake with lots of wildlife to see. The pool is a good size it was a perfect villa to spend time in when not at the parks.

This is a great convenient location.

We stayed for seven days .Love the location, nice quiet neighborhood.Nice pool and patio area . We had an issue with a drain and a slight water line leak ,called the numbers provided and someone was there to fit with in a couple of days. Fans in bedrooms a little dusty . Overall would definitely recommend it to anyone . We would for sure stay here again our selves.

Over all it was a nice house and property. There could definitely be some updates of the furniture. The queen and king bed needs replaced. The couch is also hard to get out of and the cushions on the pool side furniture needs replaced.

Our experience

Nice house and pool. Lack of supplies in the house. Ran out of toilet paper, paper towel, no dish soap, garbage bags way too small and we used them all. The Wifi was absolutely terrible, we got TV 3 times in 11 days and when we had it on, it kept freezing. Could not use our laptops etc either. It was a pleasurable experience but could have been better not having to worry about these other things. Would have been nice to have the pool heated without having to pay for it.
