Great beach location

Nice house with quick walk across the street to the beach. Pretty beach with lots of waves. Confidently located between Kure Beach Pier and Carolina Beach Boardwalk with lots of restaurants and arcades and things to do. Very pretty updated house with lots of amenities.

Kure Beach

Check in was flawless. Condo was clean and all the things were included. From champagne flutes to coffee filters, dishwashing detergent to blankets to cuddle on the couch, it was just like home.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We just checked out of Sea Ya after a week long family beach trip. Over the last ten years, we’ve stayed at numerous rentals and worked with various rental companies. David and his team are by far the best property management company we’ve ever worked with. From the moment we walked into the house, it was pristinely clean. Like spotless. You can tell they have a lot of pride in making sure their rentals are well taken care of. The amenities made such a difference as well - all of the appliances, storage containers, good pots and pans. And, the good quantity of beach chairs and wagons was wonderful!!!! This is our favorite place and company we’ve ever used and we can’t wait to book again next year. Thanks for making our beach trip so memorable!!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There was a mix up at the beginning about our reservation. Owner had not checked that it had been rented late and had let friends go. It was cleared up quickly and our vacation was nice. Great views of ocean. Easy and close access to the beach. Only recommendations for owner would be to put a chair or bench in bedrooms. Hard to use high bed to get dressed. Also to make it more handicapped or disability friendly one walk in shower could have a fold down chair and a handrail. Also a handrail at one of the toilets would be great. Shades/curtains on the sliding glass doors in living room would help with being able to see the tv when sun is shining bright. It was furnished with beautiful furniture. Great outdoor furniture on top deck to enjoy a meal or just relax and enjoy the view. Additional outdoor furniture for other outdoor areas would be an added plus. One of the main reasons we chose this property was due to taking my 93 yr old mother who uses a walker and this property has an elevator. She lived in the area growing up and wanted to make one more trip. So hard to find a property that had elevator and also dog friendly. So this property is a plus for being dog friendly and having a elevator along with the great location/views. We will use this property again in the future and highly recommend it. The other nice touch was owner having beach chairs and beach towels and a beach wagon for your use.

We had a few issues with the elevator during our stay. It continued to get off balance, luckily when the property manager came the first time we learned how to reset the elevator. While this continued to happen during our stay, the most concerning was when my elderly father with mobility issues was stuck between floors. With much effort he found the emergency exit latch and we were able to help him out. The Keurig was not working, but there is a regular coffee maker. The outdoor hose sprayer handle has a screw that continued to loosen and then wouldn't spray. Fix multiple times during out week. Other than that, we had a fantastic vacation with our family! We were fortunate enough to watch a turtle nest hatch during our stay. Sea Ya is a perfect location for our family! Besides all that we had a fantastic vacation

Wonderful Stay at Sea Ya

Easy access to beach and surfing lessons.. House had elevator necessary for multigenerational get together. Kitchen was amazing and has everything you need. Ocean views were good. Street noise was louder than expected but you could still hear the ocean later in the evening. Spectacular sunrise from the porch for early risers. Highly recommend.

Perfect Vacation Rental

We were very impressed with this vacation rental. The location was great as it was a very short and easy walk to the beach. We enjoyed the pool. It is small so we adjusted our schedule to take our kids there in the morning because it does fill up in the late afternoon. The elevator worked out great as one of family members struggles with stairs. The house matched the description and pictures. It was very clean and in great condition. We had a great time there.

Family Vacation

Sea Ya was perfect for the 8 of us. My 23 year old twin boys stayed in the bunk bed room. My 18mos old grand twins stayed in pack and plays in the bedroom next to bunk bed room. My daughter and her husband had the main floor bedroom all to themselves. The kitchen was great. Plenty of space and openness to the main room and balcony. The only issue we had were the flies in and around the garage and garbage bins. Unfortunately some previous guests did not clean grill well enough and there were flies in that as well. I would definitely come back to Sea Ya! Thanks!
