This property has the best location imaginable. The view out the front looking at Brenneke's Beach is exceptional and close up. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay.Yes, there were minor issues but almost insignificant. Want a good time? This is the place!

If you are planning a trip with lots of kids, this home is unbeatable on the entire southern side of the island. Proximity to the best beach for boogie boarding, snorkeling and shaved ice makes this the best home. The pool and spa are great options for rainy days! The home is well equipped, not overly fancy and perfect for families!

I would just second all of the positive comments by the prior guests in their VRBO reviews of this well-maintained property in a beautiful, convenient location. But I'll emphasize two things that stood out to me. First, the easy and responsive communication with our host, Ian. He was quick to respond to messaging, answering with a phone call - so refreshing these days! And quick to address two small issues. Second, to relate what a pleasure it was in the morning to sip coffee and enjoy our bowl of cereal from the screened-in front porch - enjoying the feel of the sea breeze, the sound of the ocean surf a short distance away and the view of the boogie boarders riding the waves. Can't imagine a much better experience on this magical island.

We had an amazing stay! The location was absolutely perfect. One of our favorite things was how close everything was—we were only about a two-minute walk to Poipu Beach and Brennecke’s Beach, making it incredibly easy to enjoy the ocean, snorkeling, sunsets, and meals without ever needing to drive.The condo was clean, comfortable, and had beautiful ocean views. We loved spending time by the pool and hot tub after a day of exploring the island. The property was well maintained, and the communication from the hosts made check-in and the entire stay seamless.This was the perfect home base for our Kauai vacation. Between the unbeatable location, easy beach access, and relaxing atmosphere, we couldn’t have asked for more. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Poipu!

The host was always available to answer any questions. He provided great information and wanted us to enjoy the home and our vacation. The location was spectacular, especially for the sunsets. We could walk to restaurants, resorts and the beach was right across the road. The house was clean and well equipped for cooking, swimming, enjoying the hot tub and going to the beach. Fantastic vacation for our family.

Location is right! Across the street from Breneckies beach and a short walk to Poipu Reef surf break. The kitchen was extremely well stocked. Ian was very responsive to one minor thing I brought to his attention.

Location can’t be beat!

We enjoyed our stay and loved the prime location right on the beach. The house was well stocked and clean. If (when) we visit Kauai again, we’d definitely stay here again!
