Detached house on 2 levels with large open garden and furnished terrace. On the ground floor: entrance, bathroom (shower) with sauna, wc - then access by 3 descending steps to the lounge area and to the kitchen/dining room and its terrace. On the 1st floor: 4 bedrooms (2 single beds 90x190 cm / 1 double bed 160x200 cm / 1 double bed 160x200 cm / 1 double bed 160x200 cm + 1 single bed 90x190 cm), bathroom water (shower and toilet), reading net and play area. Private parking on site. Cocooning atmosphere between stone and wood, tracks and meadows, modernity and tradition... It is a great feat achieved by the owners of the premises who have been able to enhance this dwelling house. The departure on cross-country skis is from the gîte (same for hiking), the resort center is only 1 kilometer away (15 short minutes via the southern plateau), while offering a peaceful place to relax. In the heart of the southern plateau of La Féclaz, a paradise for cross-country skiers, La Prairie is a charming and typical place where life is good. This typically Baujue alpine farmhouse from 1790 has been entirely renovated and decorated with a certain taste. It does not lack assets: 4 beautiful bedrooms, a sauna, a reading net, a terrace which invites you to daydream, a garden to have fun. Without forgetting the view, on the Margeriaz and the Belledonne massif. An address not to be missed !
