About this property

Beach Therapy- Surf Condos, Steps to beach! Includes linens!

Our Coastal Farmhouse Condo has 1 bedroom complete with a king size bed, one and a half bathrooms, and a twin bunk bed located down the hall.
We provide sheets and comforters for all beds. We also provide towels and washcloths. We have a twin air mattress for guests to use as well, and a pack and play for the littles.

The kitchen is equipped with Refrigerator/ Freezer, Stove/oven, toaster, blender, Drip coffee maker, microwave and dishwasher. We provide cooking essentials, to cook and serve meals during your stay.

The dining room features a table for 4 as well as a bar with seating for 2. The living room has a Couch and love seat (neither are sofa beds) an electric fireplace to cozy up to in the winter months as well as a flat screen smart TV with basic free channels.

You will fall in love with the view of the pool and the ocean from the furnished, roomy, private balcony. During your stay, you will have access to the pool (during open season Mid April- October 31 from 8 AM til 8 PM), private beach access, and on site guest laundry.

Quick beach getaway

This is our 2nd time staying at Beach Therapy and it is a treat. The condo also has access to a pool and is very short walk to the beach. Perfect beach place!

We had a nice stay at this little condo. It would have been better if the weather had cooperated! The condo is right near the beach and has a pool which we love to have. We would stay again.

A Pleasant Vacation

Great for a weekend or longer

We had a great time staying in the condo. The place was extremely clean and the bed was comfortable. Very nicely decorated and a back deck perfect for a morning cup of coffee. The beach is about a 5 min walk from the condo and the pool even less. I didn't get in, but my son said it was warm, though I wished that it stayed open later. Would love to stay again.

End of Summer Vacay

We enjoyed our stay at Beach Therapy! Usually at the end of the week I am ready to go home; this time however, I was not. The property was very clean, comfortable and felt like home. The view was gorgeous, the pool and beach just steps away. Best beach vacation in a long while. We will return!

Loved our stay!!

Our family stayed had a wonderful stay at the condo this past weekend. Kandey is an excellent host, accommodating in every way, and was a pleasure to communicate with. Check-in and out was a breeze. It’s clear they take a lot of pride in their condo and ensuring all the little things are in place for a pleasant stay for their guests! Even the property management on the grounds were extremely pleasant. We all LOVED the pool and the easy access to the beach. The pool is huge with a gradual slope to walk into the shallow end which is so nice for the littler kids. The beach was also wonderful. Thanks again for a wonderful stay, can’t wait to come back!

Beach Therapy Achieved!

Our stay was so very nice! Kandey’s nicely decorated condo was the perfect size for my husband and I. Our 2 adult kids stayed with us for 1 night. They thought the bunks were fun! We found the condo clean, so nice and refreshing. No musty smell at all, thanks to the air purifier! Nice feature. And the kitchen is well stocked. I was surprised when we saw she had little snacks out for guests and some coffee pods for the Keurig. Super nice touch. Very pleased with the location, well maintained grounds, pool looked so nice, and a quick walk to beach, just a few minutes. We enjoyed morning coffee on the balcony, and evenings we sat a listened to the waves. So relaxing!! We were in town and needed a place to stay for a destination wedding. But we enjoyed the condo, little towns, golf, restaurants and beach so much we would like to return! Thank you Kandey for your lovely condo!

Perfect beach getaway!

Everything about this beach property was perfect. The location was an easy walk to the beach and town was just down the road. The condo was spotless and equipped with everything you would need. We stayed for 6 nights and made most of our meals at home. The host was super responsive and provided helpful tips for things to do. It was also the easiest check in and out procedure. We really enjoyed our stay and are already looking at dates when we will be able to return.

Therapy indeed!

Great name for the property! Being my first time at Topsail Island, I wasn't sure what to expect. I also read online that finding parking can be an issue, so I was expecting to be lugging my bags across a large parking lot. I was wrong! This condo is in a gate community. Not only is there plenty of parking, but this unit has it's own carport. You can't get any closer. Once we entered the unit, we immediately had a welcoming feeling. The snacks and water bottles left for us were a nice touch. The place is just beautiful, with perfect "beach" decor. This condo is in the perfect spot - close enough to the food and shops, but secluded enough that you feel a sense of privacy. Walking the pathway to the beach was a breeze. While this was a short stay for myself and kids, we still enjoyed the condo, enjoyed the beach, and enjoyed the pool. Sitting on the porch at night with the outdoor lighting was really nice. This condo is well maintained, and the hosts are wonderful. You can see they have a vested interest in their guests, and go above and beyond to make the experience enjoyable. I highly recommend this place!

Absolutely loved our stay. The condo is well equipped with all needs (minus beach chairs). The location is perfect. Super clean and cozy. The beach and pool just steps away. The best sunrises and dolphin watch spots on the island. Cant wait to come back.

Clean is an understatement - the condo was literally spotless. Great pool, great beach access. Beach was a little busy (Father’s Day weekend) but not too crowded. Top notch communication from Kandey and true to photos - exactly as advertised. The pool is very nice. Parking and access were easy. Definitely recommend - hard to beat in this price range.
