Family Holiday Home with Private Pool in Dordogne, France

Just 1 hour 15 minutes from Bordeaux, 1 hour from Angoulême and 50 minutes from Bergerac, La Chignacaise welcomes you to the peaceful countryside of the Périgord Vert region.

This beautifully renovated traditional stone house comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. With its private swimming pool, spacious garden and generous living areas, it is the perfect place for family holidays, gatherings with friends or a relaxing countryside escape.

On the ground floor, you will find a large open-plan living area featuring a comfortable lounge, dining room and fully equipped kitchen, complemented by a utility room.

Upstairs, the house offers four bedrooms:

one bedroom with two bunk beds;
one bedroom with two single beds that can be joined together as a double bed;
one bedroom with a single bed and a pull-out bed for one or two guests;
a master suite with its own private shower room.

There is also a family bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet.

Outside, enjoy the large garden and the private fenced swimming pool, ideal for cooling off during warm summer days. Outdoor spaces are perfect for family meals, barbecues, aperitifs and long summer evenings.

Located in a peaceful hamlet in the heart of the Dordogne countryside, La Chignacaise offers the perfect balance between rural tranquillity and easy access to local amenities. A bakery is just 3 minutes away by car, while the shops, restaurants and traditional market of Ribérac can be reached within 10 minutes.

The house is fully equipped with dishwasher, washer-dryer, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, plancha grill, ironing equipment, Wi-Fi and everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Bed linen and towels are available upon request for an additional fee of €100 per stay.
The first floor comprises a large living room, a dining area and an open-plan kitchen with pantry.
Upstairs, four bedrooms:
- one with two bunk beds,
- one with two single beds that can be converted into a double bed,
- one with a bed and a pull-out bed for 1 or 2 people,
- a master suite with en-suite shower room.
Finally, there's a bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet.

Outside, a large garden with a private, secure swimming pool for cooling off.
