Pool overlooking Mission Bay!

Wonderful Bay Park Ocean view and Mission Bay view home with private pool and spa. Architecturally interesting home with Designer finishes and state of the Art amenities through out.
The home is 2500 sq feet of interior living space, spread over 3 levels.

The ground floor consist of two guest bedrooms with sliding doors to the Pool and entertaining area . There is a large guest bathroom with separate shower, large tub and double sinks. The bathroom is finished in travertine and has separate door to access the pool area. Each of the two guest bedrooms has a queen size bed, linens, and large walk in closet a wall mounted television. and a split AC/heating unit. Also on the ground level is the Entry Hall and laundry area. See Further Details section for complete details!

The second floor of the home consists of the formal living room which has 10 ft. double french doors that lead to the bay view terrace with an outside seating area to enjoy the views, and the Sea World fireworks! The living room also has a dual sided gas fireplace for your enjoyment.

The formal dining area seats 6 in comfort with large windows overlooking the entry courtyard with beautiful and lush tropical landscaping and a unique fountain.

The kitchen has a gas range, microwave, dishwasher, commercial oven, custom slab granite counters, and a large center island with bar seating. The kitchen adjoins an area with Couch, wall mounted TV, kitchen table that seats 4 and split Ac./heating units. All of this can be enjoyed while overlooking the rear yard, pool and spa.
This second floor Kitchen is connected to the pool and spa by a outdoor custom metal freestanding landing and stair case.

The Pool area has a gas grill, and outdoor seating for dining and entertaining. There are chaise lounges to soak up the sun and floating rafts for the pool.

The Top floor of the home is dedicated as a 'Master Retreat'. It consist of a computer desk area overlooking the entry courtyard with amazing views of the Ocean and Mission Bay. The bedroom has a queen size bed and a mounted TV and split AC/heating unit The 'Master Retreat' also has an adjacent sitting area with a free standing gas fireplace and an adjoining small balcony with double french doors overlooking the rear yard and pool. The master bathroom has a large walk in shower with a window of views to the Ocean and Mission Bay, a double vanity, and a large walk in closet.

A family friendly place.

Nice, clean house in a quiet neighborhood. While walking outside everyone says hello. Location of the property is also very convenient. Bruce was extremely helpful when he received us at the property. He took his time and explained all the necessary details of the house. Excellent family house

Three adult couples shared this home which is close to everything including the airport, but feels quiet and secluded. Pool and hot tub were enjoyed and the house was pleasantly stocked with all the essentials for a short vacation. Thanks again for everything Bruce and Susan.

Beautiful property with easy access to San Diego

The home was beautiful, very classy and welcoming. There is a great balcony view of Mission Bay. We loved the location. It was a quiet and safe neighborhood which was just minutes from the freeway access. This made it very simple to travel all over San Diego and the outlying beaches. We'd definitely stay here again.

Family vacation in San Diego

The property is as advertised in a good neighbourhood and in close proximity to attractions, beaches, downtown and restaurants. It was perfect size for our family of five (three teenagers) with the necessary amenities to enjoy the amazing weather- bbq, pool, hot tub. Views from the master bedroom of the bay is fantastic. Lovely pool and spa

This narrow, 3-story freestanding house feels more like a high end townhome. Contemporary decor, well equipped. The pool and spa are the stand-outs—pretty, heats up quickly, plenty of towels and easily accessible from 2 floors!

Great property, people and experience! One item I found amazing was the front balcony with indoor outdoor experience. A tranquil area to relax and watch the world go by. Cool house!

I love a neat vrbo and this was exactly the kind of unforgettable find that we were looking for. Great area, convenient to both downtown and north SD. Close to Sprouts, gas station, etc. It was a little disorienting and spooky when we first got there (late at night), but everything brightened up and showed its charm in the morning.

Wonderful Home for a Family Break

We rented the home for one week for our family of four. Bruce met us at the home and provide details on the home and plenty of local recommendations. The home is a very nice and quiet neighbourhood, and we enjoyed days and nights in the swimming pool. The home is very near the beaches, shopping, and downtown San Diego. We would gladly rent again if we are in the area. The owners were fantastic to deal with !

Beautiful Home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely home that is literally 10 minutes away from anywhere you would want to visit in San Diego. It had the perfect layout for our extended family of 6 (grandparents, parents, and granddaughters aged 8 and 5). We were greeted by the property manager who insisted that we were here to enjoy our holiday and he was only a phone call away if we needed anything. The house was very clean and well-equipped. The pool was especially clean. My son said he hadn’t swum in so clean a pool. We would definitely rent this house again and would not hesitate to recommend it to others.

Great Location - Some facility problems

We chose this house for two reasons, the location and the pool. The location was excellent; however the pool had all kinds of issues. We were only able to use the pool one day out of the 8 days we stayed at the house and the hot tub never got to the temperature it was supposed to. In order to use the hot tub, we had to keep getting out to reset the control to have warm (not hot) water. The owner was trying to help all he could from long distance and did reimburse us for 4 of the 8 days of heating the pool. The house also had issues with the TV's. We did finally get one TV to work, but the one in the master bedroom never worked the entire trip. Great location for all activities we wanted to take in, it was just disappointing not to have the pool in working order and no TV for the price paid.

Great property in a great lovation

The property is great, the location is great, and it was easy working with the owner and the local contact person, Bruce. I really wanted to give the home 5 stars, and if not for a couple of things, I would have. First, the positives.... The pool and hot tub were great, the location of the home is great, the view of the fireworks from the front balcony every night at Seaworld was great, the owner and local rep were great. The two downstairs beds were not great, they were actually very uncomfortable, time for new mattresses. The only other thing that could be improved is the main level TV situation. The TV is beside the kitchen, and there is only a couch that fits two people in that room, unless you want to sit at the bar. I would move that TV into the main living room and hang it above the fireplace so that everyone can sit comfortably. Oh, it also makes an irritating mechanical, coffee grinding sound every 45 seconds. I'm not sure why it made that noise, and after 5-6 days we got used to it, but it was distracting. Overall I would stay there again without hesitation if the mattresses downstairs were replaced.

Location,space,comfort,peace...a rental home that delivers!

Our family of 5 had a great stay at the property. The house felt like a home to us and had everything needed for an enjoyable stay. Very quiet road and super easy to get on the main roads in any direction. Bruce, greeted us and was very welcoming and helpful in recommending local hotspots. We didn’t need him again as the home ran like clockwork. The home appears cozy and a bit dated but is surprisingly spacious. And everything functions well. No issues at all. We seemed to have lots of room and space to do our own things. Pool is a great touch for the children. A few toys to play with. Kitchen has everything-we only used the fridge and microwave so I can’t comment more. If there was a small criticism it would be toward the ac system, it’s a tad noisey downstairs and old but it wouldn’t stop us staying again- and we are very picky! In fact the upstairs master was changed out during our stay so no issues there. The space, location and facilities out weigh the ac issue, plus temp ok in SD as you get a lovely through breeze with the windows open. We have previously stayed in super luxe, expensive high end properties and we always find fault as we pay so much. Nothing is ever as perfect as you expect it to be! But this home ticks all the boxes and did not disappoint.Like I said we would stay again if we were headed to SD. It was a stress free and relaxing stay. Thank you for hosting us.

Perfect Getaway

The house was far better than we imagined with touches around the house that gave it a far homier feel. Bruce was amazing and walked us through the entire property upon our arrival and even gave us suggestions for places to visit. It was the perfect house for a staycation while being close to just about everything we wanted to do. I would suggest using bug spray if you decide to sit in the hot tub as we all were devoured by mosquitoes. The house itself had a very private and secluded feel and had every comfort of home. We have every intention of returning and would rent this house again in a heartbeat.

Great for a family group

We really enjoyed the home in Bay Park. 3 very nice bedrooms that were comfortable for 3 couples. Close to grocery store and airport. Very quiet neighborhood. It was great to have the pool and spa in the backyard. The kitchen was also set up well. A/c units worked well to cool off the kitchen and master bedroom.
