Our condo is located on the 6th floor unit 601. This is our home away from home that we enjoy sharing with others. The panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico greet you from the moment you open the front door. This west end unit has floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that showcase a wraparound balcony that gives you plenty of space to enjoy your morning coffee or a beautiful sunset. Imagine the clear aqua blue water, sugar white sand beaches and the beautiful sunsets. It’s a view you will never forget.

Situated in a resort which offers 24 hour Security Services, the tropical, lushly landscaped grounds provide a stunning environment for unparalleled resort amenities. Play in the surf, relax on the beach or take a plunge in the fantastic Disney-designed 13,966 sq. ft. gulf side pool. The premier aquatic complex also offers a large star shaped gulf side hot tub, kiddie pools, two tiki bars serving lunch and dinner, beach activities and rental services and a super-sized indoor heated pool with another giant hot tub spa. The Fitness Center features state-of-the-art fitness equipment.

Consider the parking arrangement and you’ll realize you are somewhere special. Reserved parking on the 6th level of our parking garage provides quick and easy access to your condo unit. Located at the entrance to the hallway to the unit, you’ll enter without using an elevator. No more dragging your luggage from parking lots, over sky walks and through lobbies. No waiting in long lines and riding overcrowded elevators with our unit! Just park and walk in!!

The condo features a spacious, open design to provide plenty of space for everyone. This unit is tiled throughout so there is no carpet to be found. The bar/dining area has seating for up to nine people. The living area offers a comfortable sofa and loveseat for watching the TV on a 60' flat screen or enjoying the spectacular views of the beach and the ocean.

There are physical beds for 8 people:

The first bedroom has a queen plus we have added bunk beds to this large room. This room also offers ocean views and a large closet.

The 2nd bedroom has a king bed and a nice closet.

The primary bedroom features superb water views, balcony access, a king bed, and large closet.

There are 3 bathrooms – one connected to each bedroom for convenience.

Free high speed wireless internet, washer and dryer, ceiling fans throughout, in-unit phone, blow dryers, iron and ironing board are all included.

Shores of Panama and unit 601 offers you the best that Panama City Beach has to offer. In addition to being on the “Worlds Most Beautiful Beach” you are across the street from Walmart and near retail shopping, groceries, pharmacies, fantastic restaurants and much more.

Great Family Condo!

We loved our stay in 601! The condo was a great size, beautiful view and very clean. The owner was very attentive and friendly, easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone! Pool area is great and beach spot is perfect too! Close to restaurants and shops makes it a convenient location as well!

Best Condo at Shores

Have stayed at Shores of Panama on several occasions. This unit was by far the cleanest, most organized, home away from home we’ve had at this site. Parking place was a huge plus and the chair rental was icing on the cake. Would stay here again and highly recommend.

Fun vacation!

We loved our condo. It has so much room and all kids actually had a bed. We had plenty of storage and the view was amazing with the condo being on the corner and having a wrap around balcony. Our only critique is the parking garage is super tight and not all drivers were virtuous. We’d still stay there again. Wonderful pool and beach access. We also loved the on site bar and live music!

We loved this condo. The kitchen supplies had soo much. The balcony had great view of ocean! Great contact with owner. We really liked having 3 bedrooms/3 showers. It was nice to be on 6th floor, if u didn't want to wait for elevators it was fine to take stairs.

Nice condo with beautiful ocean view

Condo was as pictured - very clean, plenty of room, beautiful ocean view from balcony. The assigned parking spot is excellent! The pool is absolutely amazing, but you need to get there early to get a seat. The property also was very clean and secure. Only drawback is on the beach, where rows and rows of rental chairs, fronted by rows of crammed in beach chairs all the way to the water make it very difficult to enjoy the beach. We ended up spending most of our time at the pool.

Great beachfront condo, locatemain strip

We had a great time, the condo was very nice and furnished with everything we needed! It had great beach access and large pool area downstairs! There was always a line at the elevators but they still moved fairly quickly. We were able to walk from the condo to several shops, restaurants, and golf cart rentals just right down the street. The reserved parking spot in the garage was very convenient and right down the hall from our condo. There was someone parked there when we arrived but it was taken care by the owner in a timely manner!

Elevator issues

The condo was great on the 6th floor. Parking spot right by the doors. The only issue we had was the elevators not working , too full you couldn’t get on one or it was down and there was only one working.

Wonderful condo in a great location!

The rental process for this condo was effortless! The owner worked with us from the start and gave us great information that made it seamless. The condo met or exceeded our expectations in every way. The fact that it was a corner unit gave us spectacular sunset views every evening. With Pineapple Willys right next door, we could just walk over for lunch. Hammerhead Fred’s and Schooners were also favorites of ours and are just blocks away. The pool was our favorite of any condo we’ve stayed in... anywhere. We will definitely try to book this unit again in the future!

Best condo ever

This has got to be the best condo I have ever stayed in. First is was extremely clean which means a lot. Second it was just the right size for our family of 8. Each bedroom had its own full bathroom (no sharing) which is great. Being on the 6th floor has a lot of advantages. If you find the elevators a little slow the walk up is not bad at all plus you get a little exercise. Owner was very easy to work with anyway nice and polite. Will be definitely be staying here again. You can’t go wrong with this condo.

Excellent Condo Location

Diane was wonderful to work with! The condo being located on the 6th floor was a blessing. The reserved parking spot right next to the entrance meant we didn’t need to wait on the elevators, and even if we did use them the wait was not long at all. The pool area was perfect for my 4 year old grandson to play in all day and having 2 reserved beach chairs and umbrellas set-up every day for us on the beach meant we didn’t have to lug chairs and umbrellas back and forth. The condo even has a closet full of beach toys! I highly recommend this unit.

Property was even better in person than photos. Host was very responsive and had a great summary sheet accurately describing check in, stay, and check out. Parking apot is best possible spot. Had a nice array of snorkel masks, boogie boards, and sand toys available in unit. Only negative is the elevator wait times. They could be brutal. However, it’s a very easy short 6 floors to take the steps and elevator wait times seem to be an issue at every building around. Overall would definitely recommend. Unit and host were excellent.

Spring break 2024

We enjoyed the condo. It had everything we needed. The view was amazing. The wrap around deck had such wonderful sunsets and the resort was nice. It was very busy. The hot tubs were always packed with kids which was a bit disappointing and the inside pool was swarmed with people. The outside pool was freezing but the beach was nice. Unfortunately though, it costs $40 a day to rent beach chairs and there were no drinks on beach because of spring break. The food and drinks were great at the resort; albeit pricey. We had a nice stay but the $5k deposit was a little steep. The beds were comfy and it had a ton of amenities in it. Overall, it was close to everything and being across the street from Walmart was a nice addition.

Fabulous Owner!

Diane was wonderful to work with and the condo was just as expected! The view was spectacular and we enjoyed watching the dolphins, stingrays (or manirays?) in the mornings with our coffee before heading to the beach! My family included my husband and myself, my two sons and both of their significant others and we had PLENTY of room! It was very nice to have a bathroom for each bedroom especially when there are 3 couples. The girls loved the bathroom kits that were provided to use and/or take home. The beach chairs that Diane provided was a welcome touch. Would definitely rent from Diane again as she was an absolute pleasure to work with! Until next time!!!!

Thanksgiving 2016

Our whole experience was fabulous! Diane is such a wonderful owner to work with. She promptly answered any texts! The condo was clean and spacious! Plenty of furniture to sit around the wonderful TV to watch football in the front room! The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was stocked well enough for us to cook a thanksgiving dinner, complete with turkey and all the sides! Just fabulous! Washer and dryer were large and able to accommodate beach towels and bath towels. I did not feel like I was doing load after load of laundry due to small machines! The Shores of Panama is in a great location, close to Walmart, Pineapple Willy's, mini golf or go cart tracks. There is a reserved parking spot that is on the same floor as the condo, so no elevator time. If you are able to rent this condo, I would highly recommend it!!!

Gorgeous!!

After a week of settling in back home, this condo owner deserves a great review! Nothing short of impressed! The spectacular view was what we immediately noticed upon entering. The unit was very well kept, and furnished beautifully. We stayed for 10 days, and felt like we were at home from the start! Best parking spot at the resort as well=priceless. All the little touches from the bathroom kits, to the chair rentals were so appreciated!! Diane was fabulous to communicate with, and any minor issues that arose were quickly taken care of. The sunsets were the best, and we loved that the unit was on the far west corner... away from all the noise, and very private! My teenage son loved the pool area, and spent most of his time there, while my husband and I, and our 22 year old daughter chilled on the beach. We always felt safe at the resort, and loved walking over to Pineapple Willy's to get our "Frozen Drinks" filled :) Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable! Wish I could post a picture of the spectacular view we had!

Best Family Vacation Condo!

This condo was absolutely perfect for our vacation in Panama City Beach! We had 4 kids with us, ranging from 13-21. The six of us fit perfectly and everybody had a great time. What a beautiful condo - very tastefully decorated and extremely fresh and clean. Every bedroom has a large, comfortable bed - it's own bath, it's own TV and plenty of storage space. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen of any condo I have ever stayed in. We were able to prepare large family meals with no trouble and all 6 of us fit comfortably in the dining area. The family room area features large, comfy couches and a massive TV - not to mention amazing ocean views! The views from this unit were simply spectacular. The balcony was probably my favorite part of the condo - we enjoyed coffee in the morning and cocktails at night - just yards from the ocean. Truly phenomenal sunsets every night! The kids really enjoyed the huge swimming pool with the water features - they even had a blow up screen for movies at night! I was partial to the beach, which was just steps from the condo and had reserved beach chairs with umbrellas for the guests. I never felt like I had to rush out to the beach to get a prime spot in the morning, because this condo unit comes with a reserved spot. What a great perk!! I would absolutely recommend this unit to everyone. I know we will be back!
