The living area is bright and beach themed and offers a set of comfortable furniture, including a sofa and two gorgeous armchairs. The large flatscreen TV offers cable and streaming services, perfect for movie nights or to catch up on your favorite series while away from home. The kitchen comes equipped with all the essential appliances to prepare savory meals and beach snacks.

The main and only bedroom offers access to the balcony, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV with cable and streaming services, and an ensuite full bathroom with double vanity, jetted tub, and walk-in shower. Additionally, guests who book this beachy retreat will be granted access to a shared heated outdoor pool.

*Please note that there is ongoing construction taking place on and to the east of the property. Construction noise should be expected during the day, construction materials and machinery will be present on-site and in the complex, parking may be disrupted, and guests are required to sign a liability waiver at the guard shack upon check-in. Construction begins at 7 am and continues until 5:30 pm with heavy machinery and noise.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
