3rd Floor Incredible Location-Wifi-2 BR/2 BA Loft Sleeps 8

You'll love the location. This small complex is one you'll return to. Starting with the covered parking to the pristine white beaches your stay will be relaxing and trouble free. Our place is spacious with over 1400 square feet. The large den has sliding glass access to the private patio. The large patio with a picnic table has a view of the beach. It's a great place to enjoy the roar of the surf and view the gulf day or night.

We love spending time with our family in the den and one the patio. The den has room for your blow up mattress. The large loft offers a semi-private get away for quiet time and naps. The loft has a comfortable twin bed and a futon to add sleeping area so you have plenty of room. We have two private bedrooms with comfortable beds. The master has it's own sliding door access to the patio. Our condo has tile floors in the bathrooms, kitchen and den with carpet in the bedrooms. We have new appliances, counters, blinds, dishes, pots and pans, coffee maker, blender and lots of utensils for cooking meals. This condo has 2 TV's, 1 DVD/VCR's. Seascape complex has wifi thru-out the complex. Come visit and enjoy our piece of paradise.

Location is great condo is great just needs some updating. Also needs a TV in the queen size bedroom. Most of the view of the ocean has houses blocking it but wasn’t that big of a deal very short walk to the beach. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

It was a nice place. There was only one minor issue with a miscommunication about the dishwasher but it was nothing to blame anybody for. Appliances break. It was scheduled for repair the day before we departed so while we did not get to use it, it at least shows that they are managing the appliances and not just letting stuff stay broke.

We enjoyed our stay here! We were right on the beach. The pool was very conveniently located. Any communication was very good. We had a small issue with the check out day. I sent a message and it was cleared up very quickly. There were 4 of us and everyone had enough space to enjoy the downtime of vacation days. Beautiful home and a beautiful stay. Our youngest discovered his love for the beach here. Both of us just wanted to stay. It was a nice quiet location. Very conveniently located to everything in Orange Beach.

We had an ocean view somewhat ubstructed but able to see and hear the ocean very well. Easy access to the beach and and other tourist attractions. Very nice stay. Hated to leave.

Everything was really truly great, the condo was clean and had everything we needed. There’s only a few things we didn’t like but not enough to give a negative review which I don’t like doing. We did have a beach view, I just wish it would’ve been more, a tv would’ve been great upstairs with some kind of privacy divider for when someone was getting dressed or just wanted some privacy, the pool was coming apart, had tiles loose and missing. Other than that it truly was a nice place, very minor things could’ve been fixed but I would honestly stay again. The office staff was nice and was there if we needed anything, the condo was in a great location with shopping, stores and restaurants. The little things did not stop us from having a good time. Just suggestions on what could’ve made it a little better.

Larry was an exceptional host. He made sure that we had a smooth check-in and smooth check-out. Celebrating our son’s birthday directly at the seashore from the balcony created a memory we will never forget. At night we could literally hear the waves from the ocean in our extremely comfortable beds. We are already looking for a reason to return to Larry’s property for future family fun.

Check in and out were quick and easy, the property was clean and as described. The beds could be upgraded and there were some tiny maintenance items that were not big enough to alert the property manager about until checkout. The only negatives were not with the condo itself but because of the storms in the area, the ocean was double red flagged so you couldn’t swim. Unfortunately the community pool was like bath water and not refreshing and there were a couple of times the elevator was out of service (and the condo is on the 3rd floor). To their credit, they were fixed quickly when down. So bottom line, this is a perfectly adequate place to stay and we loved the area. I would stay again but I might opt for a newer property with more of resort pool before returning.

We purchased at this location because we love the Orange Beach area and all it offers our family. My children ranges from 11 yrs old to 27 yrs old and there is something for everyone. The Seascape complex is a great place for families. It is small so you don't have to fight crowds. We are close to the sand and all you have to do is open the balcony door to hear the music of the ocean. It has a great view and the condo is spacious and homey. It holds our large family with room to spare

We are located in the heart of Orange Beach. You are near all the essentials so you don't waste your precious vacation time running long errands for you and your family. Our place has a well equipped kitchen from dishes to pots and pans. We have games, books, videos, TV's with DVD and VCR players. The beds are comfortable and the distance to the beach is hard to beat. The covered parking adds a touch of ease that makes your time just a little more relaxing. Come stay with us!
