The house was perfectly located between Perkins cove and the town center. Beautiful views and direct access to a small beach. Easy walking distance to main beach and all great restaurants. Salt & Shine was attentive and friendly. They took care of all the details. We would definitely recommend them and Tommy’s on the Rocks.

The house has everything you need for a great stay, and it is wonderful to be able to walk to both Perkins Cove and downtown Ogunquit. A little beach right in front when the tide is low, Plus incredible views!

Tommy’s Rocks!

This is a great property in a great location with five star views. The Salt and Shine management team provided great service before, during and after our stay. The property is in a perfect location. It was maybe a 10 minute walk to Perkins Cove or to Ogunquit taking in the incredible views of the Marginal Way. The property was super clean and in great shape. The views from the property are simply breathtaking.

Location, Location, Location

The location of the property is wonderful and allows you to walk the marginal way at anytime of day. The ocean view is slightly obstructed by the hedges, but beautiful. In my opinion the unit is not clean or maintained as well as it should for the price of the rental or the caliber of the home/neighborhood. There was also construction ongoing at the house next door that was not disclosed to us and affected our use of the patio and created a lot of loud noise.

Incredible location- fantastic family house

We stayed at Tommy’s on the Rocks for a week with two young children, two parents and two grandparents. The house was fantastic and as represented. The view is amazing and we spent a lot of time enjoying the incredible deck. The house was spacious and comfortable, and well appointed for our needs. The property is well maintained and the concierge service was excellent. We really enjoyed little beach, which was quiet and soo easy to access. We loved the convenience of being able to go to the beach for a short visit, or run back to the house for additional drinks or the bathroom. The marginal way was wonderful, and we easily walked to downtown and to Perkins cove. We accessed the trolley at Israel head road. This was our first time in Ogunquit, and we can’t wait to return, looking forward to another wonderful stay at Tommy’s on the Rocks!!
