This villa *** on one level sea view, located in Les Issambres. The villa can accommodate up to 8 people and full climatisated.
The ideal house for a family holiday, enclosed garden, not overlooked, swimming pool with warm outdoor spaces.
In a dominant position on the hill, this completely renovated villa has no vis-à-vis. Ideally exposed, it is characterized by a clear view of the surrounding hills and the sea.
It consists of:
- A bright living-dining room with sofa, a spacious fully equipped kitchen with access to a terrace near the pool.
- Two bedrooms, with a shower room, and a toilet.
- An independent chamber.
The villa is equipped with WIFI.
One bed in 180 cm, two beds of 140 cm and two beds of 90cm.
A large pool , 8/ 4, facing south.
Several sunbeds and garden furniture are available.
Optional bed linen and towels €30 per person.
Cleaning it's included in the price.
Laundry room with washing machine, ironing board
Possibility to park several cars inside the property on a flat plot with trees and flowers.
Shops at 2 Km/ Sea at 1500 m.
