This home is brought to you by a San Diego Family who grew up as Parker River Rats! We recently visited Lake Havasu and fell in love with all the awesome things happening in Havasu! Our house is close to the Great lake, great restaurants, great golf, and tons of desert riding near by. Our house boasts 4 beds, 3 baths, a large game room with pool table and wrap around wet bar. Ideal for family entertainment. House will comfortably sleep 11, but can accommodate up to 14! Huge RV access on the side yard, private pool, BBQ, washer and dryer, and plenty of room for parking for your entire party. If you want to get away from the snow, hit the lake with your boat, or hit the desert for some awesome dirt bike or Desert Buggy riding, this house is perfect for you!

Great for families!

We had a great time! Our kids throughly enjoyed coming off the water to the house and having something to do. Pool was clean and the pool table was fun for all. The bunk beds were a hit and the other beds were very comfortable. The house was so accommodating to our two families that we never felt like we were crowded or cramped. Parking, this house has it! Our truck and boat fit in the driveway with room to spare; it’s gotta be nearly 60+ feet long.

‘Twas great!!!

We had a great time. Aside from the peeling from the couch, everything was great. We stayed mostly on the lake during the day and went to the pool only at night time. Beds were comfortable, the host has items like trash bags ready for the renters. It was a great property. Owners were quick to respond to our questions. I would definitely rent from them again next time.

Bad air conditioner in the desert (no sleep)

House was big for my family fun with a pool table and pool. Very clean. Living room was fresh but the rest of the house had some issue air conditioning issue when we got in it was 65 then at night We went to raise it because it was a little cold and there was directions about the air conditioning to not lower below a certain temp which it was already at when we arrived we actually raised it. So after that it was down hill 76-80+ Very hard to sleep. The owner did try to send someone out sun but also communicate was hard since we had plans on the lake all day and reception was bad. Overall I think it would have been perfect if not for air conditioning.

Relaxing Family Fun House

We were here with our 4 older kid's & We loved staying here!! It was bright & clean! We loved the game room with a pool table & the swimming pool just outside the French doors! The beds were comfortable & with 3 bathrooms no one fought over who was using it next! It was a nice neighborhood & a short drive to town for everything! Groceries, the park, the lake. You name it. We enjoyed our quiet mornings on the patio! Everything worked great, we had no problems with our stay! We will definitely be staying here for another visit if it is available!

Clean decent easy property

We enjoyed our stay and would stay again and would give 5 stars but for a few minor things. We bought toilet paper because the rolls provided were worse than Rv tp. The faux leather couches are flaking so flakes end up scattered around. Hot water takes forever to get to kitchen faucet and bathrooms. Seems like such a water waste. The tv in the game room might be about to go out - picture is really dark or no contrast at all. None of these things were big problems but at the price they should be fixed.

Birthday Boating

This was a wonderful property to celebrate my son's 20th birthday at the house and on the lake. The game room was a bonus for the 20 year old and his friends and they enjoyed playing pool every night after a full day of enjoying all the wonders the lake had to offer. Great parking for our boat and Thank you for making birthday memories possible!

Quiet & clean

Kelly was super easy to work with, she was communicated readily & was very friendly. Even though the house cleaners were behind schedule, and were unable to finish before we got there, the house was still really clean upon arrival. There were a couple minor house issues I addressed with Kelly & she was receptive & responsive. She allowed us to have a late departure which made our day much easier with 3 kids & a dog to pack up without a massive rush. I would absolutely rent from her again.

First stay In lake havaus

For being my first time visiting lake havasu staying here was great and relaxing. I really liked the house. I was really spacious the game room/ bar was a plus and the pool was nice also and the beds were comfy.

We are a fun loving family from San Diego who grew up going to Parker and boating on the River. in 2021 we decided we wanted a place of our own and we found this awesome house in Lake Havasu! We are sports enthusiasts and love to spend time gaming and playing on the boat!

This house is a perfect entertaining house! 4 bedrooms, big game room with pool table and sit up bar, that opens up to a large back yard with a pool! Ton's of RV access for all of your toys, and just a few miles from the new Riviera Marina Launch ramp, and just 7 minutes from London Bridge. This house has everything you want for a perfect vacation!
