Our 4 bedroom, 3 bath, 3,475 sq. ft. home boasts a beautiful open floorplan with views of Engineer Mountain and is located within Purgatory Resort's Engineer Village Community and is 24 miles north of downtown Durango (less than a 30 minute drive).

Enjoy the convenience of being at the ski resort, yet have the privacy and additional space in a luxurious home with a two car garage. The resort is both an amazing winter playground, and it also offers a wealth of all your favorite mountain activities in a cool and comfortable summer climate at 8,900 feet in elevation. For ease, there is a free on-demand shuttle in winter to the main plaza across the highway at Purgatory Ski Resort.

The home is perfect for multiple families as it features two separate living spaces with a theater room and custom bar area, and offers a private hot tub on the deck with a gas fireplace as well as floor to ceiling windows with amazing views. A fully stocked kitchen along with the expected amenities (washer/dryer, garage, fast WIFI etc).

3rd Bedroom - Two Queens (bottom floor)
4th Bedroom - Three Sets of Bunk Beds (Single over Double on all) (bottom floor)

This home as easy all-season paved access. 4WD/AWD not required. There is a tennis court and playground (summer/fall) in Engineer Village, just a 2 minute walk from the home.

For an optional 4% resort fee, you will have access to the Durango Mountain Club which includes an outdoor heated pool with slide, outdoor hot tub and workout facility. The 4% resort fee included in the quote is the required resort fee that must be charged and does not allow access to the Durango Mountain Club. When booking, just advise if you would like the extra 4% resort fee added.

Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities.

Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s.
