Everything was great!we love how spacious the place was. Well kept ground. The beach was like a dream vacation! Nice fine super white sand. Crystal clear water and the condo is just right on the beach!!!Only one thing we found that was a little inconvenient was the slow drain in the sink in second bedroom but overalll we still give the place a 10!

We enjoyed our stay at The Aegean on Holiday Isle in Destin. The property itself was beautiful, communication was great, and we really appreciated being able to check in early. That was especially nice since the day we arrived ended up being one of the best days weather-wise due to the storms. The air conditioning worked well and kept the condo nice and cool, and there was a good supply of essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, and towels.However, the condo does need some maintenance and attention to a few details. Several knobs were loose, the kitchen faucet was loose, and the drain plugs were not attached in any of the sinks or the bathtub. The oven knob was broken, some lamps did not work, and some electrical outlets were not functioning. The ceiling fans also seemed to turn on and off randomly. The front door handle takes some getting used to because you have to lift it up to open the door from the inside.There were also a few things that affected our comfort during the stay. The entertainment center is too large for the living room layout and blocks the TV from certain seating areas. The blue couch has a large stain that could use attention. The beds in the second bedroom are quite firm, although we appreciated that they did not sleep hot. The second bedroom would also benefit from curtains in addition to the existing shades, as a large orange outdoor light shines directly into the room and illuminates the entire space at night. Outsi

Everything was just awesome. Our host was helpful and very responsive. The property was terrific. I've never seen such beautiful water. The resort staff were very friendly. Nothing but great things to say, I would absolutely stay here again! We were on a very needed girls trip, so we had plenty of space to spread out, but this would be awesome for a family as well!

Had a wonderful stay - can’t beat the beach at the Aegean. Pool and grounds are still being renovated - but we’ll be back to enjoy again! Property was everything we needed.

Perfection! This condo has it all if you are bringing the whole family. So very spacious with TWO balconies! It has three stories which allowed our little ones a peaceful nap. The large kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The location is the best location in Destin. Very family oriented and a quick drive to big attractions. Amd the beach was amazing! Crystal clear water and white sugar sand. We had the best time!

Perfect paradise getaway!!!

The location was great! Right on the beach with private access and close to town for food and shopping. We had 2 adults and 5 kids and had plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own spaces. The condo was just beautiful and well kept. The host was super nice too!!! Definitely recommend!!+

Great Location and exactly as described

This property is exactly as described and convenient location to everything! Very clean, absolutely no complaints about this room! The owners were super quick to respond to my messages! My kids loved the pool and the easy access to beach! Our only issue we had was with the Beach service, They were very rude and confrontational.

Very nice place

The place was very nice and in a good location with a lot of privacy. There are a lot of stairs so be aware if that’s a problem. Nice large living space with great, well stocked kitchen. Gated community feels very safe and private. No tents allowed on beach in front of resort, which with a party our size paying for chairs was too much. However, we were able to walk down the beach a bit and put up our tent. Nice place to stay 😊

Great vacation!

There was some construction going on at the property, we knew this ahead of time so were prepared for it. That's the only reason I didn't give all five stars. Unit was comfortable, clean, and cozy. Parking was a little crazy due to the above, but as stated we anticipated it so all worked well. Overall a wonderful experience and would recommend to friends.

Immaculate, spacious accommodations

First, I have to say that while the VRBO listing advertised a "heated pool", we learned upon our arrival that the pool is NOT heated during the "winter" months. I had some very disappointed grandchildren that they could not enjoy the pool. It would be nice if you would clarify that there is a pool, and it can be heated, but it won't be heated during your stay! However, we enjoyed the accommodations, all the other amenities in the condo, the close proximity to the beach and water, the balconies. the town and all its amenities and delicious seafood restaurants. It was such a relaxing vacation.
