The large living room features vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace, and Smart TV that will keep you comfortable and entertained. The open concept dining and upgraded kitchen with new appliances allow you to cook seamlessly while still enjoying vacation moments with the family. Step outside onto the large deck with outdoor dining with filtered Lake Tahoe views. Enjoy garage parking for your oversized vehicles.

Location:
Our home is located minutes from Kings Beach where the downtown features restaurants, shopping, groceries, and many lakeside activities! The very popular and large beach has options for kayaking, paddle boarding, boating, and more. In the Winter months, Northstar, Mt. Rose, Diamond Peak are all within close distance. Please visit our website and follow our “Tahoe Guide” with updated things to do in your specific area.

Parking:
Parking is available for a maximum of 5 vehicles: Two in the garage, and three in the driveway. No street parking per county ordinance.
Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.

Other important things to note:
* Renters must be 25+
* This is a non-smoking home.
* Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 10 adults.
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Use of outdoor furniture is not guranteed in the winter.
* Like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There will be fans available for your use!
* Your safety matters. This property may features exterior security cameras. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras will continuously record video and sound while guests are in residence.

Best Family Place

We could not have asked for a better home to be in for our family of 6. Being snowed-in was a new adventure and this was a great house for it. This house had everything,bedrooms with wonderful beds& great views, lots of room for everyone to spread out, a great kitchen and a dining table perfect for all our games. The office was a real bonus for our grandson who loves to do projects. This home is obviously loved and well taken care of. Thank you for sharing it with our family. And thank you to the great people at Tahoe Rental Agency. You are the best.

We loved our stay at this beautiful cabin in Tahoe! The home was spacious, with plenty of room for everyone, and the deck was perfect for meals and relaxing outside. The kitchen was well-equipped, the hot tub was a great bonus, and we enjoyed watching football in the evenings. Easy access to the lake, restaurants, and stores made everything super convenient. Highly recommend!

Everything was good and we had no issues. We all had a wonderful time and everything was fairly near like restaurants, stores and the lake. The house was clean and fresh seemed recently renovated. we did have minor issues but the rental company was easy to get ahold off and tried to solve the issues right away.

Excellent house for ski week

Fantastic place to stay with easy access to downtown kings beach, the lake and northstar ski resort. Please be aware there is a steep road to access the house which can be difficult to navigate in deep snow.

Awesome cabin near Northstar!

My friends and I came up to Tahoe for a weekend and stayed at this cabin while we went to Northstar! The cabin had plenty of space for 10 of us, was well decorated and furnished, and had some very high end appliances! Would happily stay here again.

Wonderful Ski Getaway

Stayed here for a ski weekend with 10 of my friends and it was cozy and comfy. The hot tub is wonderful and the best part is there are a lot of queen/king beds for couples. Only downside was there were no shampoos or basic toiletries but there were plenty of towels.

We enjoyed our stay at the house overall. Everything was as described, the check-in process was easy, and the home was clean upon arrival.The main disappointment was the dining area. We had eight guests and had to locate additional chairs for the table. With ten guests, there wouldn’t have been enough space for everyone to sit comfortably, and the dining area felt tight when moving through to the nearby bedroom and bathroom.We were also hoping to use the BBQ, but it was locked, and the grill shown in the listing photos was not present, so we were unable to grill during our stay, which was disappointing.Otherwise, the house was nice, and we would consider staying here again. We stayed during about eight inches of snowfall, so four-wheel drive or chains are necessary to make it up the steep hill to the house. We ended up staying in for the day, and the kids had a great time using the street as a perfect sledding hill.

we stayed in north lake for my sons wedding. The house suited our needs for beds/baths for everyone. Hard to find two masters with baths but this house was perfect. It was very clean , well stocked and nice. We were very pleased and hope to return. The management company was very responsive to our calls and requests.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful house

This is such a great, clean location to stay. The house is beautiful in a nice neighborhood close to the lake and lots of activities. Short drive to King’s Beach and Incline. Sand Harbor is a little bit further but worth the drive and is a great spot to see the Sunset. Lots of nearby hiking, stores and restaurants. There is a great hike behind the house to North Tahoe park with a great view of the lake. There is also a zip line course and frisbee golf. We walked there every day after dinner.

Outstanding spacious home with all amenities

Beautiful, newly updated home with stellar kitchen, large closets and hot tub. Large, two car garage is very helpful in the winter months. Plenty of space for 8-10 people. Very nicely appointed and great location. Be aware of steep road to the house and surrounding roads - definitely need 4 wheel drive vehicles to access during the winter.

The outdoor kitchen looked amazing, but sadly was locked and we couldn't use it. Location was amazing, and I loved how dog-friendly the neighborhood and the home is. The five minute drive to Kings Beach, Safeway, restaurants, etc. was perfect and super convenient. Only complaint, if I have to have one, is that there was not an obvious way to turn off the automatic lights in the bathrooms in the bedrooms, and my dogs loved turning them on in the middle of the night for fun!

Gorgeous property, responsive hosts

I knocked a couple stars off of check in process because I was informed that I'd get an access code at 3pm for a 4pm check in. I needed to take a break from driving to the property to get this code to send it out to the other guests, traveling separately so it was annoying not to have it on time. Still, only a fairly minor inconvenience. The property was clean, gorgeous, had an incredibly well outfitted kitchen, and the hosts were extremely responsive

Having two primary suites was such a bonus, perfect for traveling with grandparents. The lodge is beautiful, enough bedrooms and bathrooms to allow for privacy for everyone in our party. Wonderful living area with open dining room and kitchen, no one had to be left out if they were preparing a meal or cleaning up. The kitchen was so nice with a gas stove and was well stocked with anything you need to cook and serve meals. We enjoyed the deck, you can see the lake just slightly, but the surrounding area was amazing. Our family enjoyed the hot tub very much. Also, the house is close to everything, grocery store, restaurants and much more...while being far enough away for nice quiet evenings. We relaxed, laughed and had a great vacation. We would 100% recommend.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed the Tamarack Lodge! We chose a Monday-Wednesday stay just after Spring Break, in early April. For that, I believe the rates were lower than "Peak" time at Lake Tahoe. The price was fair. We have nothing to complain about other, than the check out at 10am is "challenging" when you're getting 6 family members to all pack up!! I would have liked to put the Giants game on the television, but, on our second evening there, I could not get the TV to work properly (the first night was a challenge) I understand, we all have our own viewing devices, but, its sometimes just easier to put the game on the big screen TV. There were instructions, but, I could not get it on HDMI 1. Anyhoo, a wonderful place! TY Tahoe Rental Properties for your constant communication!

Good with one major miss

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was great with the experience except one major thing for me. There was a grill on the deck but it was locked and not for guest use. Management said there was a guest grill next to the hot tub, but that too was unavailable. It was actually locked away in the shed. We called multiple times but no one was coming to help with the lack of no grill. So needless to say we spent hundreds of dollars on meats that did not get grilled. And for me no grill is a deal breaker. I would have preferred full disclosure with the grill. If you look at the pictures on the website, you will see the very nice grill. I thought that if it was displayed on the picture that it was available as an amenity. Again, I would have preferred full disclosure. So I would recommend staying here, but with the disclaimer that you do not need to use a grill.
