THE SPACE
The South Suite lies across the lane from the beach in Deep Bay.
It's clean and bright, 1400 square-foot open-concept kitchen and dining room, *plus* sun-room living area, has water views from nearly every window.
There's a wood burning stove and expansive deck.
This is ideal for those who love the great outdoors, hiking, fishing, boating, kayaking, and for friends or family who want a quiet getaway. Mount Washington ski resort is 45 minutes away.
All beds come with duvets, and sleep four comfortably.
There's lots of room to dine on the deck.
For those who love to cook, the kitchen is equipped and has lots of counter space.
The washroom has a tub with shower. It also has a washer and dryer.
We have a "smart tv" for those nights you want to unwind. We've moved away from regular cable and instead provide Netflix, Prime, BritBox, SkyNews, tubi, Roku with hundreds of movies, TV shows and documentaries on demand.
SOME FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
Is the suite private?
Yes. The Outlook is a large home with two separate suites, both have their own entrances. Each has access to separate sides of the expansive deck.
* The North Suite is currently rented long-term.
Is the Outlook on the water?
The ocean is right across the lane. Public beach access is a short stroll away.
Is the beach rocky or sandy?
Both! The area is known for its shellfish, some spots are very rocky, some parts sandy. Either way, you’ll love walking, exploring or if you’re up to it, running along the shore.
Is there a restaurant or grocery store nearby?
Ship N Shore pub and restaurant is at the marina, a 3-5 minute stroll away. Other eateries, grocery & liquor stores and a post-office are about a 5 to 10 minute drive away.
*Note the pub may shut down during some slower fall/winter months.
*You will need a car to stay in Deep Bay.
Are there neighbours? Or is the Outlook secluded?
Yes, we have very nice neighbours. Deep Bay is a small village on the water.
Is there free parking?
Yes! Open the gate and park in front of the garage. The garage itself is used as an artist studio and is closed.
