About this property

House with solar heated pool and lake view!

The cozy holiday home is located in south-west Florida, more precisely in the beautiful port city of Port Charlotte. In 2015 the house was newly renovated with a protected pool area.

The southern orientation allows you to relax in the sun, whether in summer or winter. Or would you prefer a barbecue ?!
Oh, why not both? After all, it's vacation.

In a few minutes you can reach the city center or the beach.
There are some of the latter to discover in your area.

The Southwest International Airport in Fort Myers is about 1 hour away.

The living space of approx. 95 sqm is divided into:

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, closet and separate access to the bathroom.

Bedroom number two has a queen size bed and a closet.

The small bathroom has a shower (with low entry), one
Toilet and sink.

In the living room you will find a comfortable couch and an even more comfortable armchair so that you can enjoy your approx. 250 programs on the 60 "flat screen TV or surf the in-house WiFi.

The inner dining area is designed for 6 people, in elegant white.

Important of course on vacation in the USA: The kitchen!
With oven, microwave, coffee machine and refrigerator with ice maker and various accessories.
There you can try out many new or popular dishes.
(We deliberately avoided using a scale in the house ;-))
 
Pool area:
The pool has the dimensions of approx. 8.30 m X 4.40 m, and is at the lowest point approx. 1.82 m. The water is heated with a solar system, and the pool is south facing.
So you enjoy the sun all day, and the temperature should be pleasant.
In the area protected from insects there is also a dining table for 6 people and a grill.

Garage:
In the garage there is a washing machine and dryer, which can also be accessed through an entrance from the house. The garage door is not automatic.

Such a sweet little cottage on the lake with wonderful views. I even ventured into the pool Nov 29th, which was a bit chilly, but so nice. The house was perfectly set up and we even cooked Thanksgiving dinner when my daughter visited. Perfect week and would love to stay again sometime.

This was our third time at Little Lake Life and it never disappoints. The location is wonderfuland gives you such peace and tranquility watching the wildlife on the lake. Everything you need is there and the solar heated pool is the icing on the cake. All the restaurants and shops are close by, as is the Interstate should you need to go further. We would recommend without question.

House was very comfortable and perfect for my needs. Pool temp was great and view of the lake was awesome. Only recommendation would be to add a few more channels to tv, but for the price and location, I'm not complaining. Property manager was great!

This Was an amazing Stay, anything an everything is available for you, just replenish, Thanks Nil and Jen this was very nice property, an the communication was very well , and Mike Really was there for you if you needed him He Kept us informed of things and thank us. Loved watching the wildlife over the Lake, Watching the Hawks diving for Fish was very fun to watch from the Pool, will for sure be booking again!!!

The ability to have an early check in was great. There was plenty of pots and pans to cook with and serve dinner. Enjoyed being close to the beach and guided fishing trip out of Placida. Relaxing in the warm pool and overall cleanliness of the house was easy to keep maintained clean upon departure.

Stayed here for three weeks and can thoroughly recommend this property. Beautiful lakeside location makes this the perfect place to stay and watch the wildlife right outside your window or from your own pool.
