Welcome to Chai Claudette, an old charming winery meticulously renovated to offer modern comfort while retaining its authentic character. Located in the heart of the picturesque village of La Flotte, this unique holiday home can accommodate up to 8 people.

You will be seduced by its beautiful living room with an exceptional ceiling height, offering a bright and spacious space to relax. The living room is comfortable with a flat-screen TV, ideal for evenings with family or friends. The open kitchen, fully equipped with a central island and quality appliances, will be a real pleasure for kitchen lovers.

The Chai Claudette has four elegant and comfortable rooms, perfect to guarantee restful nights in hotel quality bedding. With three modern bathrooms, everyone can enjoy their space and privacy. Among the four bedrooms, you will have two parental suites equipped with a double bed (160x200 cm) including one on the ground floor, and one upstairs enjoying a view overlooking the living space. The master suites are equipped, for one, with a double bed (160x200 cm), and for the other, with two single beds (80x200 cm) that can be combined into a double bed (160x200 cm). Two other bedrooms upstairs are equipped, for one, with two bunk beds (90x190 cm) and, for the other, two single beds (80x200 cm) that can be combined into a double bed (160x200 cm).

Outside, the square heated pool (from April to September depending on the weather) with movable bottom is ideal for swimming and to modulate the depth according to your desires, paddling pool for the youngest or deeper basin (1.60 meters) for the oldest. The enclosed garden offers a peaceful and secure setting for children. The garden furniture and deckchairs are perfect for outdoor dining or lounging in the sun.

You can park your vehicle in the Clos Biret car park located 200 meters from the winery (paid parking in season - about 50 euros/ week).
