Each room in the house is inviting and beautifully decorated. There are 3 TVs. 2 queen beds and 1 full bed. Big covered patio perfect for coffee drinking and wine sipping. Coffee maker, laundry pods, shampoo, and bars of soap available. Conveniently located 4 minutes from Cherokee Lake and Holston River. 5 minutes from Carson Newman University, shopping and many restaurants. 45 minutes from Dollywood. No pets allowed.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and comfortable, equipped with everything we needed. 5 minute drive to restaurants and grocery store. Janet was extremely friendly and quick to respond to questions. Highly recommend.

Clean and cozy

Janet was a very thoughtful and kind host. The beds were comfortable, the property beautiful, and it had a very nice outdoor patio for additional room if you had visitors.

Family get together.

My daughter who lives in Talbott found this property to rent. It is only about 8 miles from her house. My son and family stayed there with us while the son and family stayed with my daughter. We were 18 when we got together. We enjoyed the lovely yard and the rocking chairs in the large carport. The owners were very friendly and helpful. E had a nice hot dog roast and also made s’mores.
