Quiet location

The home is well furnished with all of the amenities needed for a family trip. From the pier to the pool we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had an amazing time! This house is big!! The entire check-in and check-out process was simple and easy. We booked because of the pool, but that private pier made our entire trip! Everything was clean and stocked. There was like 1000s of caterpillars all over everything outside, but didn't see any inside the house, so that was good. We loved this house and are definitely looking forward to booking and staying here again.

The Polar Escape was the perfect retreat for our entire family. Spacious and welcoming, it easily accommodated everyone, and the view made our stay even more special. The grandkids had a blast with all the indoor and outdoor activities—especially the pool, which quickly became their favorite spot. They've already asked to make this our annual getaway, and we couldn’t agree more!

Perfect Vacation

Property was everything we could ask for. Kids could swim while we enjoyed the dock. Open concept was perfect for the family to enjoy the inside on rainy days.

Everything about this property and host was to notch. The house, pool, and pier were all very well maintained. The location was quiet and secluded with minimal traffic. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

This property was amazing. Not only did it invite and cater to my 2 legged family, it also allowed me to bring my four legged kids with me. The house was set up with all the amenities of home and there was plenty to do even on the stormy days during our trip. Definetly recommend a stay here!

Comfortable home in a great location, handy to anything you'd want to do in Rockport but offers a quiet retreat when you're ready to rest. Also an easy walk to local parks and bird watching;. Owner is very helpful and attentive.

Lil Getaway

Beautiful vacation spot

Very nice home with great views of the bay. Plenty of space for all to hang out comfortably. We enjoyed the pool, not too deep so all could enjoy safely. Pool table was a plus. The private pier is newer and goes out a little further than pictured. We stayed 3 nights though easily could have stayed longer.

Family vacation for 2024

This house was amazing and big enough for 6 adults and 6 children along with 3 dogs. The kitchen had everything we needed and more and was large enough for several to cook at a time. We will be going back

Annual Summer Vacation

This is our second time staying here. Our entire family had an amazing time. Fishing was great, pool amazing and house is so large (fully stocked with everything you need). Host is more than amazing, she is quick to respond with any needs that may arise. We are already planning for next year. Highly recommend this place. Very quiet neighborhood.

Check in was a breeze, the house was awesome, everything was clean. The pool was clean and ready for swimming! We had no issues, with anything. Everyone from all our different age ranges were happy! We will stay again!! Already planning another trip! Great rental!!!

Getaway

The house was spacious! We loved the game room and pool. The cleaning was a bit of a let down. The see through curtains in living area amd the master bath was uncomfortable especially at night. We also noticed quiet a few people stop and use the pier because the door was not secure.

Thanks Venessa for your feedback. We try to keep a natural/country style inside since the house is located in a very peaceful/quiet pennisular. The master bath window acctually has the wimdow screen for privacy. The pier is a private pier with a sign clearly stated it. We chose to trust people will respect the private property, but we feel sorry it caused inconvenience to our guests. We will definitely work on it.

Excellent home and great host!!

This was the second time that we have been in this wonderful home! There is plenty of room for everyone! Our grandson took his first steps last year and caught his first fish this year! There are deer that wander through the property in the evening. The host was very attentive to every request or question we had! There was an issue with a tropical storm that interrupted our trip plans but the host was very responsive, and adjusted our payment. We will be back next year with our second grandchild!

Great family house

House was much larger than anticipated. Great location, and very good for large family to gather. Everyone had a great time. Only suggestion is the pier needs more lighting. Only one small green light underwater under the pier and not really any lights on the water. Also only one flood light pointing back towards pier left 90% of the pier dark. Everything about the house was very nice, and the pool as well. Would definitely recommend.
