You will never want to leave the pool!
Fully renovated, self check in home with all the comforts you need. Newly installed pool and spa . Located in Naples Park, you will be about a mile from Vanderbilt Beach, Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park, and too many restaurants, golf and shops to count. This is a vacation home for active people but quiet enough to hide away.
Every room has been renovated including all new furniture, brand new kitchen and baths and new full sized washer/dryer.
This home provides open concept living. The island seats 6 as does the dining table. A high chair and Pack-N-Play are provided for little ones, along with a utility wagon so you can pack up and head to the beach. Don't feel like walking? There is plenty of parking right near the entrance to beautiful Vanderbilt Beach where you can walk for miles or sit and relax in the Tommy Bahama beach chairs that are also provided.
The newly installed pool includes a 10X10 sun deck/splash pad and extra large spa. You are surrounded by golf courses, shopping and great sightseeing. The location is five star and about 15 minutes from iconic downtown Naples. This is the place! Look no further!

After visiting the Naples several times from the Chicago area, my husband and I decided that if we love to vacation here, so will others. This is our only rental property, so I am quick to respond to any inquiries or questions. I have a manager who lives in the area and is also quick to help or come to the house if needed, so you will never feel like no one is around for you. We love this home, we are very proud of it and hope that you love it too. Thanks for checking our house out.
Why they chose this property
We worked hard to think of everything you would need to make this a stress-free vacation. The kitchen is packed with everything a kitchen should have. The saltwater pool and pool area are designed for privacy and family fun. The spa is extra-large. The splash/sun deck is 10X10 with two bubblers, and guests can download an app to have full control of pool and spa temperature.
What makes this property unique
Naples Park is a quaint residential neighborhood tucked in between the beautiful Vanderbilt Beach and Rt 41, which takes you just about anywhere that you need to go. The beach entrance is just about mile walk. Parking at the beach entrance is also an option. Sunsets at the beach are not to be missed as they are just beautiful. Restaurants, shopping and all kinds of activities, such as pickleball, are just a few minutes' drive away. The location is about as good as it gets.
