Our home is our pride and joy. It is our honor to share it with you. Built in 1998, we have completely re-worked the interior and exterior with all new landscaping and furniture. Everything indoors and out has been updated for your pleasure. You will enter the great room with its high ceiling, and make your way to the pool area out back where you will be tempted by crystal clear 85 degree water year-round. We have included all you need for your stay except for you and your clothes.

Please know we no longer accept rentals (renters) from the following area codes of south Florida:
239, 305, 321, 352, 386, 407, 561, 727, 754, 772, 786, 813, 863, 904, 941, 954.
Any potential rentals from these area codes will void any previous agreements and no refund will be given.

This home is amazing! It had everything that we wanted/needed and more. It was so well stocked that none of the extras that I always bring with us when renting a house were needed. I don’t know how many times I said “I can’t believe all of the things that they have for us to use”. We looked forward to using the pool and Lanai area every day.The location was perfect for hiking, kayaking, exploring beaches, and collecting shells.We would love to rent this home again. We had a great stay at this house in Bonita Springs! Mitch was a terrific host, always helpful and answering any questions we had quickly. The house was very clean, updated, and well appointed in the kitchen with cookware and appliances. The pool and lanai area were extremely nice and worth the trip alone! The house is in a great location, just a few minutes drive to the beach, grocery store and restaurants, but tucked away in a nice neighborhood with great neighbors. We would definitely stay at this house again, highly recommend!

Amazing!

Took a week vacation to enjoy the New Year with a fresh start. The house felt like home. The spacious living room, dinning, kitchen and rooms were great. The pool area was very relaxing and the pool was warm even if the temperature outside was cool. Planning on a return in the summer to enjoy the pool and lovely house.

Nice neighborhood, great location, comfortable home with everything you need. Host was great to deal with and we especially appreciated him allowing us to adjust the pool temperature to our liking. House also had a high chair and pack n play which came in very handy when our infant grandson was staying with us. Highly recommend!

My first time to Florida! My middle son got engaged last year and they wanted to get married where it warmer than MN. This home was PERFECT. SO many amenities. Beautiful home, close to everything!

The house is beautiful and just as described! We had a wonderful vacation. The location is fantastic, we were able to explore and visit 7 different beaches while we were there. Shopped 5th Ave in Naples. We did a wonderful fishing charter, kayak trip, and had beautiful family pictures taken on the beach! We enjoyed the wonderful pool every evening. If you forgot something, chances are it's there already. Loved having all the beach amenities available for us. The host, Mitch, is absolutely great to work with. He's very responsive and helpful with anything you may need. Over all don't miss this opportunity to stay in this beautiful home. Really hope we get the opportunity to visit again! Thank you, Mitch!

How VRBO should be!!

What a wonderful experience!!! The home is clean and so well equipped for guest. Our host was absolutely fantastic! Any question was answered without delay. Pre arrival is handled smoothly! Tranquil paradise

Property was beautiful! All you needed was a bathing suit and you were set for the beach! Host was fantastic at communicating- even giving great recommendations! Hope we didn’t bother too much! Bikes were a huge plus plus as we had older in-laws that liked to sleep in- the bikes were a great way to start my husband and I day. The ONLY problem we had was the statement on the website that it had 3 bathrooms and it only had 2- staying in a vacation home with 6 adults- that extra bathroom was the clincher on booking the home.The problem was addressed with the host but it was still contradictory to the listing

Great stay

Had a great stay at this property. We did have a problem with the pool at the beginning of our stay. We reached out to Mitch and he responded quickly to our issues and worked to resolve them as soon as he could. Fully stocked kitchen since we cook while on vacation. Lots of space for the family to spread out. Plenty of beach chairs and other beach gear.

We have lived in Michigan for 66 years. We have always loved to travel to Florida. We make sure to visually inspect the home ourselves at least four times a year. We plan to stay there ourselves when we retire. This is OUR neighborhood!

Why they chose this property

We chose this property for many reasons. The homes and streets are safe and quiet. It's safe to walk, or ride bikes anywhere. It's closeness to the water lets you walk to the beaches or backwater. The home has plenty of privacy if you want it. We loved the openness of the kitchen/dining room/great room, and the way the master bedroom leads right out to the pool. There are tons of shopping and eating opportunities nearby, some within walking distance. With Naples to the south, and Lovers Key/Fort Myers Beach to the north, there's no lack of things to do. Lastly, we are far enough south that the chances of cold weather are almost nonexistent.
