We have had smoke remediation performed: Painted ceilings, all surfaces have been washed and sanitized, indoor heat and air unit has been disassembled and cleaned, ductwork has been cleaned, and there is a HEPA air purifier running in the unit.*
While we love your furry friends, please clean up after your pet if you bring them. Due to several instances PETS ARE NOT TO BE ALLOWED ON BEDDING OR FURNITURE. If we have to clean excessively for fur/shedding on furniture or bedding you may be required to pay an additional fee above and beyond the pet deposit.

Why they chose this property
This property was bought with the intention of it being our forever home, but life changed and that’s not the case now. I’ve recently changed it from a long term rental to vacation rental.
What makes this property unique
This home is just far enough off the main road and far enough away from town to have peace and quite. It’s also close enough to be anywhere in the high country in a short amount of time.
