When you contacted us, our team responded and notified you that someone would be coming to address the hole, which was subsequently filled with gravel. We apologize for the misunderstanding—we were not aware that you were also waiting for someone to personally follow up with you regarding your injury. Had we known, we absolutely would have reached out, and we’re sorry that left you feeling unattended to.
