Caótico

Un día sin electricidad (por falta de pago del propietario). Ni cocinar, ni duchar al bebé ni adultos con agua caliente Sin Wifi (que estaba anunciada). Todo escusas y ninguna indemnización. Esa propiedad ers buena pero no hay que alquilarla.

Bis auf Kleinigkeiten super...

Buchung, Bezahlung, Hausübernahme und -abgabe funktionierte perfekt. Das Haus ist großzügig und vollständig ausgestattet. Auf den Bildern fehlt noch das tolle neue Bad. Alles sieht frisch gestrichen aus. Etwas geärgert hat uns, dass das Geschirr nicht ganz sauber war, zu unserer Zeit sehr viele laute Nachbarskinder bis 23:oo Uhr lauthals im Garten gespielt haben und das WLAN nicht funktionierte. Kleinigkeiten die vermutlich nicht immer passieren, aber wir hatten halt Pech. Die Kosten für Strom sollten nicht unterschätzt werden. Klimaanlagen brauchen halt viel Strom und man soll den Verbrauch direkt bei der Hausabnahme in bar bezahlen. Da kann es leicht passieren, dass man nicht genug Bargeld dabei hat. Es wurde aber eine gute Lösung gefunden. Denia selber und auch der Strand war relativ leer, was sicherlich der Corona Pandemie zuzuschreiben ist. Auch die Lage des Hause ist top. Man schafft es zu Fuss nach Denia Innenstadt in 15min. Der Strand ist keine 50m entfernt. Näher geht es nicht.

Muy buena opcion

La casa estaba súper equipada, la descripción era fiel y estaba todo muy bien organziado. La piscina es pequeña pero no había mucha gente al estar la playa a un paso.,por lo que la pudimos disfrutar mucho. El dormitorio de la planta de arriba es como un apartamento con salón ,baño enrome y cocina, incluye una terraza con vistas al mar súper agradable y hace que sea perfecto para dos parejas que van juntas de vacaciones o para mantener la intimidad de los padres si van con niños!

Super Ferienhaus

Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage ist perfekt. Direkt am schönen Sandstrand, einkaufen und Restaurants in Gehdistanz. Praktische Küche, gut eingerichtet.
