$1m Luxury Beach House on South Beach, Free Golf Cart with Summer Rentals

If you are staying in South Haven, you are going for the Lake and there are 2 types of properties. Those that can see the Lake and those that can’t. Even rarer are the maybe 5 houses that can see the Lake, the Beach, the Pier, and the Lighthouse. Make the most of your trip and stay in one of the best houses where you can see it all!!

Located directly across from South Beach, SunDeckers is your closest chance to stay near the Public Access at South Haven. The driveway is literally a stone's throw from the beach. The front deck runs the length of the house and provides an elevated spot for coffee or cocktails on Adirondack Chairs. Enjoy views of the Pier while cooking or watching the game on any of the Roku equipped TV’s. The property has High Speed Wifi for you to catch up on work if you plan on staying on the grid. If you want to travel with the Grand Parents, multiple rooms are set up with bunk beds for the kids and separate living areas for those multi generational vacations.

This house is also great for the winter months as you can grab a book or puzzle while watching the waves in either of 2 large bay windows. You will be instantly relaxed watching all of the action out on the lake. If you have a group and want to plan a Girl's weekend, SunDeckers will serve as your base camp with plenty of room to spread out.

Offered for the first time during the summer months in 2022, this vacation opportunity is across from South Beach, 6 blocks from downtown, and 3 blocks from the Kid’s Corner Playground. You will be sitting sitting on the deck, watching the corner of world class views and fun adventures at SunDeckers!

Beautiful home and beautiful view of the water right from the living room. Home was clean and well-appointed. Fans in the bedrooms were a nice touch, also white noise machines! We had a fantastic vacation. The house is very nice, clean, and in a perfect location - just steps from the beach. There is a great view of the lighthouses and the Michigan sunsets from the property. Scott the host was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Great location & plenty of room!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at SunDeckers and would definitely stay here again! The location is amazing: within walking distance of downtown South Haven and Lake Michigan, which you can see from the home! Scott, the owner, was very attentive and accessible. The home was perfect for a large family or even two families, as there are PLENTY of sleeping spots and three full baths. Would definitely recommend this home, and we hope to be back for future stays!

Beautiful home and location

We had a fantastic sister’s weekend at Scott’s home in South Haven! The house was immaculate and very cute. There is plenty of seating, and the dining room and living room picture windows give a great view of Lake Michigan. We were close enough to walk downtown to do some shopping. We would definitely rent here again!

Everything was great! You can tell the owners take great pride in their home and making sure others enjoy it as well. You can see the lake from most rooms in the house and just sitting on the deck watching the waves and sunset make for a perfect relaxing vacation. Can’t wait to return.
