Beachfront Winter in Cocoa Beach

The property was lovely, the location was perfect, and our hosts were the best. Everything we might need for a great beachfront stay was provided, even including fun New Year’s headband/hats, noisemakers, flutes, and a bottle of champagne to start the year AND our stay off to a great beginning! We hope to be able to stay again! Just. The. Best.

Don't stay elsewhere!

We've been renting vacation homes in and around Cocoa Beach for over 20 years and can honestly say this is the best place we've stayed in that time. Clean, fresh, well equipped and thoughtfully furnished property. An ideal location and a heated pool just added to the enjoyment. Just don't book it when we want to go please!
