From this house located in the heart of the Périgord Pourpre, you can visit countless sites: the castles of Monbazillac, Biron, Bridoire, the bastides of Issigeac, Eymet, Beaumont du Périgord, Monpazier... and spend pleasant moments strolling through the markets of Périgueux and Bergerac. You can enjoy the town of St Emilion and its world-famous vineyards within a 1-hour drive.

The cottage is located on the edge of the D32 which runs alongside the house on the parking side, in a small hamlet. You will have access to a private fenced garden of 2650 m2 and a private swimming pool.

Its private salt water swimming pool, 5mx10m, depth 1.50m will make your stay even more comfortable (open from the beginning of May to the end of September).

Outside, you will also discover a large barbecue, a relaxation area with a swing and a lean-to with ping-pong table and toy box.

The large terrace not overlooked allows many layouts = wooden garden furniture table, resin garden furniture with sofas and armchairs, several deckchairs and parasols.

Inside, it's the same = all the facilities of the cottage will not fail to seduce you and you will appreciate the large spaces.

You will have a large fully equipped kitchen open to a dining area. Everything has been thought of! You will not lack any kitchen equipment and will even be surprised by the diversity of what is at your disposal.
From here, you can take a modern staircase to access the mezzanine which is converted into a multimedia area with TV, console, real Bonzini table football, sofa and reading corner.
The four bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning in the summer.

On the first floor, you can also enjoy a very cosy living room equipped with several sofas and a large screen. It opens onto a billiard room, which promises you beautiful game nights.

Also on the first floor, you will find two beautiful air-conditioned bedrooms both equipped with a dressing room, a 160x200 bed, a television with foreign channels.

Between these two rooms, you can have a bathroom with a bathtub and a large shower.
Independently, toilets with a sink have been installed for more privacy.

On the practical side, you will find a dressing room (ironing board and iron), the internet box with wifi and a dresser with brochures

Upstairs, you will enjoy two additional bedrooms each with 2 beds of 90x190. They are also equipped with air conditioning and dressing room.
