Kona Reef Unit A24 is a nicely appointed 1 bedroom, 1 bath oceanfront condo located downtown in Historic Kailua Village. Open the sliding glass door and let the sound of the ocean take away all of your worries and noise of the outside world! The unit has been updated with a remodeled kitchen and bath. The unit comes with a split AC system, keeping the living area and bedroom nice and cool. The complex has an elevator, minimizing the number of stairs required to traverse to get to the unit.
NEW IMPROVEMENTS: A new sliding glass door was installed in December 2022. The glass comes with UV protectant film that helps to mitigate heat from the afternoon sun. The new hardware makes the door easy to open and close. The unit has a new sleeper sofa as well, also installed in December 2022. It looks great and is super comfortable!

Kona Reef Resort is an oceanfront condominium resort adjacent to a sandy beach and local surf spot in historic Kailua Kona on the Big Island of Hawaii. This beautifully landscaped property offers unobstructed ocean views. Free entertainment comes in the form of watching the surf activities at Honl's Beach, humpback whales in the winter and spinner dolphins all year, and ending each day with a unique breathtaking sunset, all from the comfort of your lanai. Fantastic! Wonderful!

I highly recommend this wonderful condo for a trip to Kona. Extremely well stocked, clean, and very easy check-in / check-out process. The view is amazing and we especially loved the sunsets. Very quiet and private. Took advantage of all of the great beach equipment- towels, chairs, umbrella, and snorkel equipment. Thank you for a lovely stay. We felt very welcomed by all of the attention to detail. We would love to come back!

Great Ocean View

1 bedroom condo w/ patio right on the ocean. Large patio storage chest full of beach toys, beach chairs, beach towels, kitchen has all the cooking tools you want & others have left assorted condiments.
