Kona Reef Unit A24 is a beautifully appointed one-bedroom, one-bathroom oceanfront condo nestled in the heart of Historic Kailua Village. Step into the unit and let the soothing sound of the ocean wash away all your worries and the hustle and bustle of the outside world. Features a split AC system, ensuring a comfortable living and sleeping experience in both the living area and bedroom. Sliding glass door is coated with a UV film to shield against the afternoon sun's heat. Living room has a new sleeper sofa, providing extra comfort for guests.

Unit A24 also comes complete with beach chairs, towels, an umbrella, and a small cooler for our guests' convenience. While some snorkel gear may be left behind by previous guests, please note that we do not provide snorkel equipment. Non-fitting snorkel gear can ruin the fun of snorkeling, so it's best to rent your own equipment during your stay.
Kona Reef Resort is an oceanfront condominium complex located next to the beautiful sandy beach and a popular surf spot called Honl's. This beautifully landscaped property offers unobstructed ocean views. Enjoy watching surf activities at Honl's Beach, humpback whale watching during the winter months, and spinner dolphin sightings throughout the year. Additionally, during high swells, strong winds, or rain, sitting on the lanai may become uncomfortable. Please carefully consider these factors when making your booking. Very nice! We didn’t know about the parking permit until we were warned by the complex. Didn’t know how to find A-24 so we searched all over. Once we found the room we were very happy with the room.

Fabulous condo

This condo was awesome!The location was great and walkable to downtown Kona. The condo itself was right on the water and was great for morning coffee and beautiful sunsets.The condo had all the essentials including a well-stocked kitchen and plenty of beach supplies. (chairs, towels, coolers, snorkeling gear, boogie boards)All in all, a great experience!

This place was amazing. Right on the water and beautifully decorated. The property manager was very helpful and went out of their way to make our stay a good one, including returning an item that we left behind. We would definitely stay here again.
