Perfectly located on beautiful Lake Hartwell near the excitement of Clemson University, enjoy adventures on the water with nearby marinas & boat rentals or the charming shops & restaurants along Main St simply a short drive away. Recently upgraded and fully furnished throughout, this four bedroom private home that sleeps up to 12 includes a complete kitchen with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with beautiful new crisp linens, pillows, and bed coverings. The spacious living room has a comfy sofa and chairs, sitting area and a large-screen smart TV. Additional sleeping space with comfy daybed in the living room as well as a 2-person sleeper sofa in the upstairs office loft. The home and cozy office loft offers high-speed internet and is perfect for those who would like to "escape" and work remotely. Downstairs is the fourth bedroom which makes for a great kids/game room with a double-bed bunk bed, large-screen TV, sofas and bumper pool table. Free onsite parking and keyless access.
We’ve recently upgraded the master bed with a new, high-quality memory foam mattress topper for enhanced comfort, ensuring a restful night’s sleep for our guests.
This home also features lake access in a private, deep-water cove for docking a rental boat, fishing or having a party swim. A warm and welcoming fire pit and seating area overlooks the cove and dock, and allows for beautiful views of the sunset. Double gas grills on the large deck allow enough cooking space for larger groups. Located only 15 minutes from Clemson University, guests can "boatgate" by sailing their rental boat up the lake to dock at Clemson Marina, located across the lake from the football, baseball and basketball stadiums.
