The Houseboats of Seville Harbour are an excellent choice for a stay in Pensacola. We stayed in Decked Out and it is fun alternative to traditional hotel. Plenty of space, full kitchen & views of boats & sunsets! Host was great to work with.

The boathouse was a unique stay! We were able to step out the front door and watch the fish. We loved being able to walk to restaurants, the park, and all the sightseeing we could squeeze in. We can’t wait to plan our next trip!

The initial reservation was smooth and quick. Check in was flawless. Management was great throughout our stay. I cannot say enough about the how clean and well stocked the unit was. They thought of your every need. Plan to rent again !!!

Love this place! Everything about staying on these House floats are amazing. Such a cool atmosphere and management makes it all so easy and accommodating. A pure favorite for my wife and I when it comes to a quick getaway. Clean, well equipped and always meet nice people next door or on their boats. Highly recommend!

We absolutely LOVED the houseboat! Don’t know why we would stay anywhere else. Waking up to water out every window, watching the sunrise and sunset from the pier, all the wildlife…The house was well furnished and very comfortable. Short walk to all that downtown has to offer. Kristy was great to work with. Very responsive to the few messages I sent. Decked Out was particularly nice in that it had sitting areas front and back (bring your own beach chairs for the back). This was a big plus late afternoon as the sun was pretty hot on one side but sitting on the opposite side was very pleasant. This will be our ‘home’ in Pensacola!

Unique spot and beautiful accommodations! Very clean, and well located. Can walk to town for dinner (or end of dock if you want) or drive over for the beach - so it’s a city and beach location. Very quiet and peaceful.Host was very communicative and listing is exactly as it is.
