The property is lovely, everything was clean, lots of windows from which to view the rocky beach and ocean. The host was very responsive and friendly. Pet policy is very reasonable and allowed us to travel with two of our furry kids.

It was a very pleasant stay! Hopefully my kids weren't too noisy because I do have a 4 year old but they had so much fun playing together. The bungalow was clean and cozy! Potts Point was beautiful. I learned how to recycle since it's law in Maine - never knew! I wish we could have stayed longer. The only thing I couldn't find in the bungalow was coffee so be sure to bring your own. The hosts were easy to talk to and available if needed.

Amazing property right on the water! I would 100% stay here again. The accommodations were comfortable and the kitchen was well-appointed. Our favorite part was sitting on the back patio watching the boats. The caretakers were also very kind and easy to get ahold of if we had questions or needed anything.

This place is amazing! Beautiful, charming and very clean. The upstairs bedroom is surrounded by windows on three sides giving an ever changing view of the water. The view of the sunset from the patio was the most beautiful I have ever seen. The kitchen has a cooktop, microwave and refrigerator plus anything else you might need. Bring some groceries because you won’t want to leave! It is a 2 minute walk from a nature preserve at the end of the peninsula- it was beautiful on the sunny day and the misty rainy day. I would highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful stay and beautiful location!

We loved our stay here and just wish we could have been able to enjoy the house and location more. We were very busy at a Bowdoin reunion but appreciated the peaceful stay at this house when we needed to relax and sleep! We would love to go back to this beautiful spot!

Charming cottage in a spectacular location. Just a short walk to Potts Point Preserve and a lovely neighborhood for a stroll. Perfect for unwinding, but also close to lots of other fun places to explore. The view from the bedrooms can't be beat.

Gorgeous, peaceful location. Enjoyed the beautiful sunset, having the windows open, and had to laugh that having a full moon actually woke us up because it was so bright once it also sets.

Eat nearby at Erica’s! (Closes for the season Oct 13)
We drove over to Pemaquid Point Lighthouse (about 90 min away but one that you can actually enter the lighthouse)

We found this place and booked it right away. We are on a 5 state visit for college tours and we also wanted to have a stay that made us feel like we are on vacation and we definitely felt like we were. Beautiful views and location.
