This was the absolute perfect property for our family. We took the opportunity to have a family getaway, and could not have been more pleased.When those random Florida afternoon thunderstorms pop up, the movie room is the perfect place to escape and still enjoy yourself while feeling like you are on vacation.Having our grandchildren with us was a breeze due to the THREE portable cribs available. Side note, there are two bedrooms with walk-in closets that easily double as "additional bedrooms" after putting the portable cribs in them. Everyone having their own bathroom was a HUGE plus. The house was incredibly clean, and the neighborhood was very quiet. While at the house, you felt secluded, but once leaving the property, restaurants and shopping were close by.Chris was AMAZING at communicating both before our check-in and during our stay. He was quick to respond to questions and very proactive in sharing information about community happenings.This is definitely an AMAZING property, and I plan to return in the future. Thank you for an incredible experience, Chris!!

Our family of 4 resides just outside of the Greater Toronto Area. We love spending time out doors searching for adventures with our giant dog and travelling when we have the opportunity!
We fell in love with Emerald Island when we had our first family vacation together in 2018 and made our dreams come true to own a villa in 2021. We know your family will enjoy it as much as ours did!

Why they chose this property

Our family fell in love with Emerald Island Resort on a family trip in 2018 and we made it our goal to buy a vacation property here, 3 years later we did! The Villa was a large inviting place to spend time with our family and perfect Florida backyard setting stole our hearts immediately. With the Villa being so close to many of Central Florida's Main attractions and being just over an hours drive to the coast, this home was an easy decision for our family.

What makes this property unique

The fully airconditioned Movie Theatre makes for an amazing space for kids and adults to further share magical experiences and make memories.
A covered patio, privacy from the hill and South facing pool make our backyard one of the best in the resort!!
The resort amenities including the playgrounds and clubhouse were perfect for our family to enjoy and hope yours will too.
