Appartement spacieux, confortable, très bien équipé. On s'y sent comme à la maison ! Pas de vis-à-vis, vue sympa et une petite terrasse meublée fort appréciable. L'environnement est très calme (que ce soit l'immeuble ou la rue-peu passante). Le garage en sous-sol est un vrai luxe : étant donné la situation centrale du logement, on a quasiment tout fait à pied. Vacances pour la voiture également !L'emplacement est exceptionnel : on peut profiter au max, pas de temps perdu dans de longs trajets.On a également apprécié l'accueil de notre hôte qui a à cœur que vous passiez un excellent séjour à Nantes. Stayed with my family of 4 (2 children under 10 yeara old). The appartment is used by the owner during off season so it's very well maintained and equipped. The parking is small but fit our rented Toyota Yaris SUV. The kids LOVED that there was Lego and comic books to read after a day of touring. We cooked every night for supper. Luc greater us to show us how to get around and informed us of a few tricks of the city (such as free public transports on weekends).
