Horrible Check In Experience

I most likely will not be using VRBO in the future. The house was great we just didn't expect to be waiting outside in the dark and cold for multiple hours after we were supposed to check in. Waited on hold with support for over 1 hr and the property manager didn't return our initial message using the VRBO app until 5 hours later, we also attempted to directly contact the property manager multiple times and left a voicemail, but we still did not get a response until 2 hours after our voicemail.
