Great place to stay for a big family!!!We were a total of 25 people and still had space to spare.The property has 5 individual units that connect with each other.The outside area is perfect for gatherings... five different areas to sit down and plenty space for kiddos to play around. And it is also pet friendly .We loved the fact that each small family group was able to have a separate space and privacy.All of the units were equipped with all the essentials.Parking was also great... we had a total of 8 cars and still had some space...The property is close to Tampa Airport, so it is about 25 mins from Clearwater Beach... It is very convenient if you don't want to spend a lot by staying by the beach...John, our host was great. Excellent communication and very attentive .Overall, this is a great property for those who want to travel as a group or big family .

We were there on a golf trip, so it was centrally located to the 4 courses we played, each within 30 minutes of the property.We went to the Waterfront several times as well as the Market Place and both were nearby as well. Plenty of restaurants to go to and several of the golfers enjoyed the Casino as well.Thank you for your prompt response on the minor issue with the bathroom sink... all else was great!!

Don't let the pictures fool you. You can't use the fire pit. Everything is overgrown. Parking is not accommodating for a large party.

We are local hosts from Tampa,, who care deeply about our guest's satisfaction, and are glad to respond quickly.We didn't hear from you at all during your stay, but left you firewood for the fire pit, and you were welcome to use it during your stay. Parking is complimentary in front of the property, and along the street ; since your group had 25 separate vehicles, some had to walk a little farther down the street than others , which we apologize for. We have left you a positive review, and wish you all the best!

This day was amazing. The host was responsive and accommodating. We had a lot of space with a huge patio with a barbecue grill, patio furniture and more.. the neighborhood was quite safe secluded 10 minutes away from the buccaneer stadium. We had a group of 30 people and everyone had somewhere to sleep comfortably Wi-Fi and every studio.
