Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly by our host, Richard, and I felt right at ease. The property is adorable, clean and a great value for the money. The bed was extremely comfortable and I got very good rest as the property is very quaint and quiet. The walk into town is close and I was able to check out some beautiful vistas on the way. The next time I’m in Santa Fe I hope this place is available as I enjoyed the stay!!! Thank you Richard!

A great place to stay with a dog because of the nice arroyo you can access from the back yard. Remember to bring a doggie bed for the rental. Also, it was very clean and nice for a studio apartment and had ample parking on a quiet street.

This is a great little place in a great location near the plaza. Very pet friendly which is really nice. Very clean, easy check in and owner is great. We would definitely stay again.

We loved the location of this property, close to downtown but easy access to everything else. Nice outdoor space. We didn’t do any cooking so can not comment on this aspect of property. Richard has very detailed instructions on lighting and heating which were helpful. If we ever come back to Santa Fe we would stay there again.

Apartment is a bit barebones and quite small: old fashioned frig; no dishwasher or washer/dryer but fine for 3 nights and a beautiful backyard to sit and read. Location is walkable to the plaza but not a short walk but very doable. Neighborhood quite and well kept.

Peaceful home, great location

Home is in a quiet suburban style neighborhood, but you can walk to the plaza in 15-20 minutes. Host was friendly and provided everything we needed. Great value for Santa Fe.

My daughter and I stayed here for 2 nights. Nice place, very clean, everything you could want. We ate out, but the kitchen looked well-stocked. Easy check-in process, and the owner gave us some good restaurant suggestions. I would definitely return!
