Wonderful home with an exceptional master suite and screened porch - our favorite spot. The location was terrific , just steps from the beach, encouraged many memorable beach evenings.

Great views of the beach from living room and bedrooms. Easy walk to the beach access across the street. About a 6 minute walk to downtown. We had a great time as a family!

Very nice home. We had 3 adults and 6 teens and we fit comfortably. Kitchen is well outfitted for any needs. Great location - super close to the beach and easy walk to the boardwalk. It probably has a great view from the master bedroom but we were there on a foggy weekend! Still close enough to hear the waves with the windows open. My only complaint would be that there isn't keypad entry. We were given 2 physical keys and with 9 people out and about we had several times that someone was running home with a key to let someone else in. A key code would be much more convenient.

Beautiful Beach House

We loved renting this house and hope to rent it again next year. Perfect location and the house had everything we needed. It was very clean and lots of space in the living room to spread out.

Great Location. Comfortable ambiance

Location cant be beat and perfect for a family with little ones. Few steps from beach. 5 mon walk to town. And quiet. We can’t recommend enough and will be booking again.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our first experience renting at Bethany and with Ped Fed. Many nice people at checkin but our rental agent was unprofessional through the entire process. This should have been a red flag and certainly foreshadowed how she handled our issues. The house is solid but old dirty bath mats on floor and ants in kitchen along with the most uncomfortable twin beds my grown children have ever experienced made this $10,000 a week rental unsatisfactory. The location is great but there is NO usable outdoor space for your group. The only screened porch is through the main bedroom on the top Floor and it is small. The grill and patio table is only accessible through the garage and sits at the back of the property. With cars in the garage you cannot get through. Just overall disappointing for these reasons and the attitude given when we called just after checkin was unacceptable.

I did everything I could to arrange a late check out at one property and an early check in at this property for you . I think I communicated with you quite effectively. When you called regarding the ants we provided ant traps as a solution and I personally ordered extra fluffy twin mattress pads for you that were delivered the next day to help with the comfort on the twin beds. While I can't address the fact that you felt the outdoor space was not useable for your group, the home is exactly as described and pictured on our website.

New Years Get Away

This was our 2nd year coming to Bethany for NYE but the 1st time renting this house. It absolutely amazing. The reservation, check in and check out process was very easy. Everything in the house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked.

Bethany Beach

The location was amazing, the house was clean. Only thing that could have made it better is if the house had a porch. Only outdoor space is the small screened in porch off of the MBR.

The house was plenty enough space, clean, and within easy walking distance for beach and boardwalk.But the stove lights were not working. On of the bedroom ceiling fans was broken.Most importantly the main tv on the first floor while “technically “ a smart tv.. it was so old we could not stream apps nor connect our phones…. While the large tv in the primary bedroom was able to stream.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fantastic location - short walk from the house to the sand - no traffic to avoid - totally safe for everyone young and older. Rental house was immaculate and everything worked. Also, well stocked with day-to-day stuff like TP and paper towels as well as pots and pans, etc. Very spacious house - lots of room to spread out so everyone could do “their own thing” when not at the beach (reading, jigsaw puzzles, Fussball (soccer) on TV, relaxing and so on. Working summer rentals through Berkshire Hathaway is definitely a major (huge!) improvement over our previous experiences with other rental agencies in the area.
