The house has a historical character as it was a pub a long time ago and was also inhabited by local teachers. It consists of two parts that are connected via the terrace.

The smaller part has two bedrooms and a small kitchen. The large part consists of a kitchen equipped with professional equipment.

All guests who book our Villa Nika must give the owner a deposit of € 300 when entering the house. After your vacation with us has ended, the landlord will check the house and if there is no damage to the property, you will get the € 300 back.

Eigenaar was voortreffelijk maar service VRBO was barslecht.

Eigenaar was lief en heel behulpzaam toen we na onweer met gebroken ramen van de auto zaten. Huis en zwembad zijn prachtig en super onderhouden. Jasmin is ook een topchef en geen enkele vraag is hem te veel. Domper was wel dat toen we aankwamen er maar 3 slaapkamers waren ipv de 7 kamers vermeld in de advertentie. We belden VRBO hiervoor maar in het weekend is er niemand beschikbaar bij VRBO terwijl dit wel beweerd wordt op hun website. Dit vind ik echt niet kunnen en getuigt van geen professionele en klantvriendelijke ondersteuning. Er worden hoge servicekosten aangerekend maar er wordt geen service geboden. We hebben dan maar bij betaald om voldoende kamers te hebben voor ons gezelschap. Uiteindelijk hebben wij VRBO de week erop kunnen bereiken die alle verantwoordelijkheid afwijst en nu aangeeft dat wij dit moeten regelen met de eigenaar. Opnieuw 0,000000 service dus … ze garanderen vanalles op de website maar als puntje bij paaltje komt incasseren ze gewoon. Wij zullen dit ook zo doorgeven bij testaankoop om de mensen hiervoor te waarschuwen.

War in Ordnung

Unterkunft war sauber und ordentlich. Das Haus liegt in einem kleinen Dorf, weshalb man zu sowohl Städten als auch Meer längere Anfahrtwege hat. In der Anzeige wurde mehr versprochen, als letzendlich zur Verfügung stand. Alles Wichtige (Handtücher, der Gemeinschaftsraum, Kochutensilien) wurde erst auf Nachfrage zur Verfügung gestellt.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, sehr netter Vermieter

Die Villa Nika entspricht wegen kürzlichen Umbauarbeiten nicht zu 100% der Beschreibung, bietet aber alles was man braucht und ist sauber und gepflegt. Der Vermieter ust sehr nett, sehr gut zu erreichen und hat viele Tips parat. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig auf dem Land, ein kleiner hübscher Strand in etwa 15 Autominuten ist leider nicht für Hunde zugänglich. Gute Restaurants finden sich ebenfalls in etwa 15 Minuten Entfernung. Für Aktion und Kinderbespaßung muss man allerdings ein paar Kilometer mehr in Kauf nehmen. Rundum ein schöner Urlaub.

Heerlijk verblijf op een centrale locatie

Villa Nika is een mooi verblijf voor een grote familie of groep vrienden. Alle kamers zijn erg netjes, met elk een eigen badkamer en allemaal voorzien van een airco. Een fijne moderne keuken en een heerlijk buitenverblijf met een mooi zwembad maken deze villa compleet! De gastheer Jasmine staat altijd voor je klaar en is bovendien graag beschikbaar als chefkok voor een gezellige en culinaire avond in de villa.

Wunderschöner Urlaub mit guter Betreuung

Wunderschön und ideal für einen Urlaub mit der Familie. Wir hatten noch nie so ein sauberes und gepflegtes Haus, und die Betreuung von Jasmin war sehr gut, er hat tolle Tipps zur Unterhaltung und für Ausflüge. Können es nur weiterempfehlen.

Superb quality accommodation and easily accessible from main road

We were a family of 3 generations with 13 people and 2 dogs and we would all say this was an excellent choice of accommodation! Jasmin, the owner was extremely helpful and welcoming. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all of high hotel standard and there are a selection of indoor and outdoor dining areas. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with a restaurant style oven and massive fridge. The swimming pool is superb and a real winner for children. It is set in a lovely patio area with sun loungers and there is also a waterfall feature into the pool you can turn on. The location of the house in beautiful Susnjevica is very good. There is a little shop open in the mornings but the property is very close to the main road leading in different directions and there are larger food stores at Labin. Good trips from the property include Labin (hilltop town), Pula, Rovinj, Istrialandia water park (the children loved this!) and the beaches along the coast. We also did a day trip to the stunning Plitvice National Park. This is an incredible place to visit but it was nearly a 3 hour drive to get there and we also queued for one hour to get in. On reflection, I would still say it was worth it, but the journey is long. Overall, we would wholeheartedly recommend this property! Five stars!!

Rundum ein schöner Urlaub mit toller Betreuung durch den Eigentümer.

Das Haus ist toll. Wir sind mit 6 Erwachsenen, 5 Kindern und einem Hund angereist und hatten mehr als genug Platz. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Der Pool ist ein Traum und auch sonst ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Der Eigentümer organisiert auf Wunsch Weinproben, welche sehr zu empfehlen sind. Auch sonst steht er mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, reserviert im Restaurant und gibt tolle Empfehlungen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und können das Haus nur weiter empfehlen.
