The house was in a great location! It was a very short walk to the beach, restaurants, and the boardwalk which made it ideal for staying with young kids. The house was very clean and communications with the host were quickly answered. We will definitely be back!

Nice easy stay, the beach was so close and a totally doable walk to the Boardwalk. Master bed was very comfortable, lovely neighborhood, convenient walk to markets and coffee shops. Would come again! : )

Things that are important to me when renting a vacation home: location, cleanliness, hot water for showers. This property was excellent on all counts. Plenty of room for me, my husband and our two young adult children. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was centrally located in a typical quiet Santa Cruz neighborhood. The house was clean and in good order. We didn't spend a lot of time in the home so IDK it the kitchen was well equipped.

Delightful cottage in a great location. We could walk to so many restaurants and coffee shops. Seabright Beach is right down the street. Loved the little grocery market on Seabright.Very good place for 2 adults.

The kitchen was spotless and ready for creating. There were many spices. Being a townhouse, the main bedroom and bathroom is upstairs, worked well for us. It was a lovely, short walk to Seabright Beach. Coffee shops, burgers, and breakfast spots easily within walking distance.

We had a great stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly and communicated promptly when we had a question. One of the best parts was the location — an easy walk to both Verve Coffee and Seabright Beach, which quickly became part of our daily routine. We'd definitely stay here again!
