In middle of downtown Short Sands area and walking distance to Long Sands; near Arcade, Ellis Park, Long Sands Beach, York Harbor, antiquing, boating, golfing, etc. Take a drive south to Kittery Outlets or north to Ogunquit, Wells, Kennebunkport, and Portland.
