If you got any closer to the sparkling sands of the Gulf of Mexico, you’d be in the water. This sweet little cottage boasts a perfect location in the middle of everything Indian Rocks Beach has to offer. Outside, you’ll find a friendly front patio with Adirondack chairs and a shared pool. Inside the cottage, you’ll find colorful, beachy decor in the living room, which features comfortable seating and a flatscreen TV for all your entertainment needs. Prepare a snack for the beach or something more substantial in the adjacent kitchen, complete with colorful cookware and everything you need to get creative. If you don’t feel like cooking, you’re walking distance to lots of popular beach bars and restaurants-just stake your spot in time for sunset, because it’ll likely be one to remember.

As of October 23, 2023, an emergency beach dune restoration project will occur along two zones in Indian Rocks Beach. (The two zones are 23rd Ave. to 28th Ave. and White Hearst Avenue to Central Avenue.) Once the project begins the public can expect hundreds of trucks per day in the area, which will cause traffic delays. Beach access will be limited.

Beach cottage

Great location to beach and restaurants. Very nice patio and chairs for morning coffee and evening glass of wine. Small home great for a small family or a couple. Comfortable beds and well stocked with amenities. There’s a little storage container outside that has beach chairs, umbrella, cooler etc.. It is part of a group of very well maintained cottages and small pool. Only issue we had which really took away from our vacation was the air conditioning system not working and the response time to get it fixed. I would confirm this issue was remedied before booking this home.

Perfect location

Good value for the money in a great location and right on the beach. It was properly cleaned but in need of some repairs. The shower and fridge were a bit crusty, there were holes in the walls where pictures have been moved, and the bathroom vanity had grout in random places. Vacasa was a bit inflexible about early check in or even parking at the property (we expected to get in a couple of hours prior to check in, not early in the morning), but overall it fit our needs and budget and i would stay there again.

Great location

Great location. Needed some updating, more towels or laundry service, shower was either hot or cold and hardly worked. I probably would not stay here again.
