The house is in an excellent location between Spanish Springs and Sumter Landing in the Villages. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots and pans and appliances. The owner is very easy to get in touch with and communicated quickly with any question I had. We would definitely stay here again.

Thanks for leaving a review, and we’re so glad you enjoyed our house! I do wish you had contacted me regarding the bed. There is a thick topper on the bed that can be removed for a more firm mattress. Most seem to enjoy it, but it is too soft for some. If you return, remind me to remove the topper for you.

Nice place, great location!

This was a great stay for us and our two small dogs, who liked the secure, walled in back yard and loved the nearby wooded area for dog hikes and squirrel hunts. Very clean and comfortable.

Great location & neighborhood

This is a great location close to Spanish Springs and Sumter. Walking distance to Rio Grande family pool and quick golf cart ride to Tierra del Sol adult pool. Quiet neighborhood and very friendly neighbors. Vicki responded very quickly to questions.
